Bon Pest Control

Bad bad bad service. If I could give these guys zero stars, I would. They basically take your money, put a few traps out, and then they don't follow up. I could have done that and saved the money I wasted on Bon Pest Control. Seriously, the guy put the traps out and didn't call, didn't show up for weeks. Um, what's that "dead" smell? As part of their "service" they're supposed to find the hole where the critters are getting in, and the rep walked around on the roof and said it was all sealed up. That night? Scratching sounds from the attic. I went up on the roof the next day and found the hole myself. And I ain't no pest control expert. Sealed it up myself. No more scratching sounds from the attic. We complained, and the receptionist gave us major attitude but said Bon would personally give us a call. Still waiting for that call. Save your money or just go to a reputable pest control company with a guarantee.

This place is pretty awful...This is just my first and only impression after I shelled out the money....It is so hard to find a place when you need someone fast to get rid a pests...So, I called around...I got quotes from 5 different places...Terminix and Orkin were a couple of those places yet I wanted to give the "little guy" my money...Well, if your ever in the same spot, look elsewhere because this company just rank awful. "Nothing special...Unless you really cannot find anyone else to get rid of mice/rats, go with these guys, but be prepare to accommodate THEM when it comes to scheduling them to come over and clean/ get rid of the traps. They never tell you how difficult it will be to get them to come at a somewhat ok time.I've had to get out of work into the rush hour to try and beat the service man to clean the traps.
