I find lots to laugh out loud about and I am Bob & Tom's age group. However my early 20's daughters love it too. It is the only thing that makes my long drive to downtown tolerable.

I WAS a regular listener for the past 10 years, but have completely cut them off for the following: 1) Got tired of their 12-year old boy humor, especially their fascination with anything involving damage to the male reproductive parts, penetrating trauma (arrow in the eye, etc), or scatological events. 2) Watched them totally trash a vegetarian comedian on WGN TV for his dietary choice. 3) After the Janet Jackson SuperBowl fiasco, they completely eliminated all their adult songs and bits. While I don't enjoy juvenile fart jokes, I do appreciate sophisticated and clever sexual innuendo and humor. I think they are total cowards; they never considered standing up to the FCC and the Bush bible-thumping regulators. 4) About 2 years ago, the only radio station carrying their show in this area lost it's transmitter tower to an ice storm and was off the air for over a year. I wrote a snail-mail letter to the B&T producers asking if I could subscribe to their VIP online service at a reduced r... Read more

They used to have great celebrity impersonators "calling" the show. Now, every day it's Donnie Baker, Ken Tarmac, Larry King, The Pope, Jumbo the elephant, & Floyd Tucker. I always hit the seek bar on these bits and when attention shifts to Kristie Lee. The more the regular guests recur, the less funny they get: S. Dunn, H. Banks, Costaki E., T. Bedore, B. Scheft, B. Zany, et al. You know these guests have jumped the shark when they get their own theme songs. Once in a blue moon, you get an unexpected classsic out of them.

If I wanted to listen to dirty old men laugh at material they didn't create I would go hang out with my grandpa and his friends at the Veteran's center.

They are a lot of fun sometimes; they stink sometimes--balance to a three (5+1=6/2=3!)

They wake me up every morning. The whole crew is fun to listen to. They are at their best when interviewing friends of the show and at their worst when making 6th grade jokes about boobs and beer. I like that they work hard to make the show fresh every day.
