Blue Mountain

I love Blue Mountain's cards, both printed and eCards. They also have some nice service offerings at http://www.bluemountain.com. However, I recently was charged through my paypal account from them for with no explanation. I have contacted them several times without any credit. I canceled the paypal agreement that I, apparently had agreed to, who knows when, so they can not do it again. I did receive some notice thta the service (which I still do not know what service) was cancelled. It has now been more than a week and more then thee emails to them with no other information or a credit. As far as I am concerned, they stole my money. I should know better. There is NO email method ON THEIR SITE to contact them. Seems like their is a phone number, but I hate phones. It is always a "he said she said thing". And I agree with others, their site is not very well laid out and is ALWAYS slow. DO NOT TRUST http://www.bluemountain.com/ ! -jim

I think it's a nice site and I love a lot of the free E-cards. However, I find that the site often takes forever to load up and sometimes even freezes my computer or the computer of the recipient of the card.

I hate hate this website because whenever I send out cards from them, my friends recieve them, and won't read them because the URL is so, so long, and it takes up the whole entire space. Their cards are pretty bad quality too, as one of my friend's did it, and he hated the card, saying that the animation was bad quality and the font was barely readable.

I have used this site very often. There are a lot of various kinds of cards for various events and holidays. Most cards are very cute.

cool in a hippie kind of way. I like that this site gets so much traffic; it shows exactly how undeveloped the Internet still is.

Weird that these folks are so successful. The site is hideously ugly, the cards are full of maudlin new age sentiment -- real dreck.
