    The fountain! I had made my appointment because a friend said I would love the results. I really loved her hair and she had seen someone new who new at the Spa. I could not wait to see Sheila and see what she would say I needed. Sheila sat and discussed what would be best for me. She is very thorough and wanted my input too. She cut and colored my hair and treated it. After styling it she also showed me different styles that I COULD do and a few tips for wearing my hair when I go out. My hair has NEVER looked better. All my friends love it and have called to see Sheila. I will only let Sheila do my hair for now and forever. You have to check her out and see what she can do for you. I love this place.

    I love this spa. I have VERY , VERY sensitive skin, so I am usually wary of having facials and peels done, even though I want to enjoy the benefits of those services. At Blue Med, they totally listen and understand my skin and how to give me the desired results without irritating my skin. I don't trust any other spa with my face. Highly recommend!!

    I've been going to Blue Med for Botox and hair for several months and I couldn't be happier! The hair styling "dynamic duo" of Melanie and Tracy always leave my hair looking healthy and fabulous. I've had Botox twice now, and love the results! Everyone I've dealt with has listened to my goals and explained my options so that I can make educated decisions about what is right for me. I can't wait to decide what I'm doing next!

    I always have a fantastic experience at Blue Medspa. Its such a relaxing environment and the aestheticians really do a great job. If you are looking for place to rejuvenate your skin or just simply to decompress, this is your place!! I look forward to my next visit.

    I have been in Atlanta since 2003 and been a patron of several top salons in the city. With this said, I have not chosen another salon in over a year since I first became a client at Blue. I have been extremely happy with their quality of service. I often have trouble skin, and their facials (like the one this past Sat.) have been the only solution I have found to clear up my skin in 2 days!!

    Coming from Los Angeles where quality spas are everywhere it was difficult to find my place in Atlanta. I wanted a facial where my skin came out glowing but didn't want the experience of a derms office. Blue med was the answer. I was walked through every step of the facial and then was pampered with massage and aromatherapy. My skin looked great afterward and my mind and body relaxed. This was a great experience!!

    Blue Med Spa is the best spa in Atlanta. I have been to so many spa's here and this is the Top of the Line. They do everything from hair to nails to facials and cosmetic treatments. Everyone is very friendly and the atmosphere is soOooOOooO relaxing. I just recently had a massage with one of their therapist and it was a great experience. He listened and knew exactly where to work on. I would recommend Blue to anyone. For anyone wanting a get away...this is the right place.

    I have a great experience every time I walk in the door! I have been using many of the services provided at Blue Med Spa for over 1 1/2 years. The staff is thorough, conscientious, and very pleasant. The facility is always pristine and hygienically clean. Trisha is the best facialist I've ever had! I have been seeing Trisha every two weeks for over a year! She thoughtfully addresses my skin care concerns and is ALWAYS careful and conservative with my skin care treatments. The benefit of her thoroughness - my skin has never looked better! I recommend Blue Med Spa and Trisha to all my friends and clients!

    I went in for a simple facial and ended up in the emergency room the next day. The staff used products without consulting me, resulting in severe acid burns to my face. So, you're welcome to go to Blue Med Spa if you want your face to look like a Louis Vuitton handbag! Even worse, they refused to cover costs for a dermatologist until their own non-dermatologist doctor examined me first to determine if I should see a dermatologist. Can't imagine a worse conflict of interest where an employee non-dermatologist dertermines whether a dermatology condition is serious! I'm suing for sure and if there are more of you out there, you're welcome to join my law suit because I have free access to the best attorneys in the country!     I have had several services at Blue Medspa and would highly recommend to anyone seeking a high level of quality and professionalism. Unparallel to any spa in Atlanta! They have a beautiful atmosphere with a highly skilled staff using nothing but high end products. I will continue being a satisfied client at BLUE-i've had my hair straightened and cut with Melanie, my facials with Kathi (she is hilarious as well as gives a great facial!) --I definitely recommend their body wraps with massage too!

    I am a spa goer and I am highly recommending you get yourself over to BLUE if you need a good day of R & R! VERY relaxing from the moment you walk in. I went in for a massage (thanks Tom for the best massage I've ever had!) and they gave me a complimentary skin analysis and mini facial at their "bar" area. I ended up purchasing a series of photo facials--they use an intense light machine to make all the lame brown spots and ruddy complexion go away from my face. The staff rocked--showed me lots of true client before and after photos and explained thetechnology behind these special facials etc. I'm psyched! THANK YOU BLUE MEDSPA!

    The owner seems a bit snotty. I agree that we should save our money and not give him ANY as he must have made enough money already, and he is indeed only in business for his friends and not willing to take on any new customers. No one has ever once responded to any email inquiries about their services. Either they don't don't care, or their site and email has kinks that need to be worked out.

    So I went into Blue MedSpa interested in Smart Lipo and what I found was an amazing group of people that really care about me and the results I am looking to achieve. I have struggled with my weight for some time now and wanted what most of us do...it gone and gone fast! I had heard about Smart Lipo and how it melts fat and shapes your body and the best part is you are back to your normal routine in a few days. Well I went in for my consult only to find out that I wasn't the ideal candidate..yet. For some this might be frustrating but for me it was so refreshing..someone was not just trying to sell me something, especially something I didn't need. Instead the outstanding clinical team really educated me and got me started with a very easy weight management program that is helping me from a lifestyle standpoint to include coaching.     I went for a little pampering. I was given a $50 gift certificate which doesn't go very far here, so I decided I would chip in the rest for a mani/pedi. First they called me to say they were running late and made it clear that they wanted me to cancel, which I couldn't do because I was on my out of town on vacation. When I got there at the new time they requested, I still waited close to a half hour. By the time I finally got in I was rushed through the entire process (my manicure was less than 10 minutes). While I was getting my pedicure the other manicurist was cleaning up and banging pans almost the entire time. Worst of all, I responded to a customer survey they sent me and they didn't even respond back! So clearly they don't care and don't need our business. Save your money ladies. I've had MUCH better mani/pedis for $30!!

    I'm a guy who shys away from walking into a spa to get a service. I was given a gift card to Blue MedSpa for whatever service I wanted. I chose to get a massage and it was incredible! The customer service was great and and I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in. The large fountain and peaceful music makes it very relaxing. The experience was more than I expected. Whenever you go to there ask for Dana. She is very nice and makes sure you are comfortable with her massage technique. Its a day later and my neck and back feel incredible!! I would recommend Blue MedSpa to anyone! Thank you!

    I am a massage therapist outside the Atlanta area,but love to treat myself to a visit to the Blue Medspa when I am in town; the moment I walk into the front door, I know that the staff has prepared for me. They are extremely professional and take care to insure that I am pleased with every aspect of the service being provided. The clean contemporary design and warm colors throughout the facility are very comforting and inviting, and the attention to detail by the staff is impressive. The massages I have received have been excellent, and I look forward to trying some of the medical skin care treatments in the future. Bravo,Blue Medspa!

    This is a truly wonderful place. As soon as you walk in the doors, you are welcomed by a warm staff, a calm and enjoyable atmosphere, and you are invited to relish in relaxation. Thank you for finally bringing a spa to Midtown where I can truly destress and feel like a pampered princess. The massages are wonderful (especially Brad), the facials are great, and the manicures and pedicures are the best. And you have to go just for the shower experience in the women's locker room! I will return to this oasis of relaxation again and again.

    I've been treated to several massages at Blue and had wonderful experiences each time! To start with, the ambiance and professionalism put me at ease. Everyone I met there was very friendly and competant. They happily answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome. The massages themselves were heavenly- each therapist really worked to tailor the massage for my needs. Finally, the relaxing and luxurious atmosphere made each experience just lovely. I would recommend this spa to all of my friends!!!!!

    I went to Blue Medspa for the first time about a month ago for a deep tissue massage. The spa is very modern and clean, but frankly I was disappointed with the massage that I had. I spoke with the manager Thomas , who is very big on customer service and wants everyone to have a great experience. He invited me to come back for another service with a different therapist, so this time I had a deep tissue with Crystal. It was awesome! Crystal is very friendly and professional, and she worked out every knot and all the tension in my back, which is no easy feat! I felt like a new woman afterward. I haven't tried any of their other services like facials or nails, but would definitely go back and check it out.

    I received a gift certificate for my birthday to Blue Medspa. I decided to go with their signature facial. The clinician was nice and the ambience was relaxing until she started on the extraction. She started to squeeze my skin so hard I had to ask her to stop. She said she was not finished with the extraction and had to keep going but she would try and be gentler. She continued but it still hurt. She eventually moved on and the rest of the facial was ok but my skin was throbbing. I left the treatment room and went downstairs to settle up. Since it was my first time at Blue Medspa, I was unaware of their no tipping policy and the woman at the front gladly took my tip money and made no mention of the policy. Strange, it makes me wonder were the money went?!? She also pushed the products on me saying, since I didn?t have to pay for the treatment why not buy some face products. I politely declined.     I normally do not go to spa's for myself. But after several friends told me about coming here, I wanted to check it out for myself. The greeter was especially nice, and gave me a complete tour of the services offered. A short consulatation, and I was on my way. Being a male, and feeling a little self consciouness, about a pedi and mani,things were in order, by this mostly male staff. When I left, I felt great, and this will be a once a month treat. I work hard, and deserve it. Expensive, but I guess looking good is.

    Beautiful space, clean and modern. Employees were nice. No tipping policy is great. No hard sell at the end but I felt a bit pushed at the beginning from the facialist (who was aloof but good at his job) to choose a more expensive service, but I stuck to my guns and everything turned out nice. I would go back and I recommend it to others.
