Big Smile Dental

I've been going to the place for years. Somehow they always remember my name which is crazy b/c they have a million patients. I just stopped in today because I flossed out my crown. They fit me in in, spent a ton of time with me and turned on the back massager while they were working on me so I wouldn't think about the novacaine needles or other scary dentist stuff... My brother, sister, ex boyfriend, current boyfriend, and friends go here. I'm a big fan!

The staff are Very professional , friendly, and very attentive to the customer. It has a nice atmosphere, it's welcoming and comfortable. The office is always very clean and inviting. It's very easy to schedule an appointment. It's in a convenient location. I think it's very admirable that they reach out to the community and that they do free cleanings on special days for those in the community. That is actually one of the reasons I came here because a business who would take the time to care for others is a place where I know they'll care for me aswell. Two thumbs up!

Found this company through google found them to be very informative and helpful. I would Definitely will use them again and you will love the $1.00 exam.

People here were really friendly, the office staff was amazing in people skills. They do a lot for patient education. This was an awesome trip to the dentist even though I have cavities! woohoo

I have been a patient of Dr. Siegel since the early 90's because I have never seen a dentist more passionate about teeth and the well being of dental health. Not to mention his generosity in giving back to the community for those who cannot afford dental fees. In addition to this Big Smile Dental has a wonderful hygenist, Jennifer who makes my overdue teeth cleanings painless. Very friendly staff overall who offer a wonderful experience every time.

Big Smile Dental is the best dentistry in Chicago. The staff is extremely friendly and the doctors are awesome! I've never experienced any pain on cleanings or fillings and would recommend them to anyone. Give them a try and you won't regret it. Also, Dr. Sigel is a man with a giving heart as in each of the past several year he gives away $100,000's dollars in free dentistry on Valentine's Day.

I like the staff and the Doctors. They really know how to treat their patients. I would recomend this office to anyone who wants a profesional and clean nviroment. And not to mention the things they do for the comunity. Dentist with heart on valentines day is one of the most beautiful things this office does to make this world a better place among many others that help people in need have the dental care they deserve. I will continue to reffer my family and friends to Big Smile.

OK it was my first time. going to this new dentist. I wa very please, everyone in the office was so sweet , and good at answering my qeustions. Also asking me if i was alright doing the porcedures that i was having. So i will always come to Big Smile, and thinking of bringing my kids to. Thank You Big Smile!!!!

Had toothpain on Thanksgiving, was able to call my dentist at home and get medicine and schedule a quick appointment. Very nice staff, highly recommend!

I hate going to the dentist, but this place wasn't so bad. Dr. Gar was great! Always made sure I was doing ok. Explained everything she was doing. They also have a credit plan for people without dental insurance!

For the price of getting just a check up is perfect get, here asap. The customer service and the facility is great .They have a new customer for my dental care and my family

A few years ago I only wanted to fix a chip tooth. Then I end up with braces for a short period of time. However, people didn't even realize that I have then since the braces were clear. Now I'm fixing some cavities and after that I will enjoy a beautiful smile at an affordable price. :)

i had a good welcome at bi smile the doctor told me what was wrong and that what i need to get it fixed they were very quick and i enjoyed going there and very afforable

I never liked going to the dentist before. I always had anxiety about going. My old dentist was very nice. But as you know in the health care realm- times and technology change quickly!!! That's when I began my research and started looking for a new dentist with outstanding creditentials, up to date on technology, affordable, up to date on latest research/ techniques/ practices/ etc. I then- found Big Smile Dental! I have been coming here 2 years now and I will never change or go anywhere else. I love it here and actually look forward to going to see my dentist and the staff regularly! Dr. Garg is the absolute best! And the staff is remarkable. They are caring, very knowledgeable and helpful. This place gets an A+++ from me!!!! Everyone should try them out. =)

The staff was very friendly and addressed my questions in an efficient timely manner. The Doctors were attentive and took their time when working on my teeth. Overall a great place.

Everyone is very nice and the staff is quite helpful with everything. I would recommend this place to my friends and co-workers. They accept all kinds of insurance, and Ted gives back quite a bit to the community. They also helped my friend who needed dental work but didn't have insurance or a high budget, they worked it out with him. Overall very good. 5 Stars.

Big smile dntal is a great place for the whole family to come and get checked out. I brought my kids there and they hate going to the dentist. The staff made them feel extremely comfortable and they can't wait to go back. I dont know what they did different but thank you Big Smile Dental.

Big smiles is a great place to get your teeth cleaned ,filling , root canal or whatever it is you may need to keep a brite smile, Iv'e been there on December 6,2010 to get a filling, they have Great service, from the time you walk in the doors to the time you sit in the dentist chair up until the time you leave. It's a nice place to visit come in yuck mouth get hooked up then leave with a beautiful smile satified to the point that you'll recomend Big smiles to your friends......

I love Dr. Siegel. and Dr. (can't spell his last name, but something like "Kwick") Very cute and sweet. Staff was very patient with my finances as I was going through school. I am now down to just a little more work, but I will stick with it. I really love this practice! Dr. Siegel, I am now Dr. Carol B. Brown. I have no friends anymore, but hey, I finally got the committee to see things my way and finally did it :)

This was one of the best dental practices ive been to in years. I usually tend to dread going to the dentist because of the way the staff usually tends to operate or just how im treated there in general. Big smile was a very patient friendly environment and the entire staff seemed willing and eagre to help me with everything I needed. I would definietly recommend Big smile to those out there looking for a very clean, nice establishment to go to for all of their dental needs.

I love going to Big Smile Dental because they always make me feel right at home. Dr. Siegel and Dr. Garg are great. And I just love the fact that the staff always try to fit me in when I have an emergency. I can always count on these guys. I will continue to come here because this is the place to be.

I have been to various dentists over the course of my lifetime, and this by far is the best place to go to. Dr Siegel is a pretty funny guy and he knows his stuff. I trust him with my teeth. The staff at Big Smile is cool too as they are always fun and friendly. They are always happy so it pretty much brightens up my day whenever I come, even though I know that they're going to be going at it with my teeth. One of the staff, Rosa, is REALLY cool, go say hi to her. LOL...

I've only been to Big Smile Dental twice but I am planning on making them my regular dentist. First off they have a $1 deal to get a complete set of x-rays and a full examination which is an awesome deal to get you back into the swing of dentistry. Secondly, their office is extremely accomidating to your needs and will even text you reminders for appointments. Every time I have had an appointment they have called me to see if I wanted to get taken in earlier and have been extremely flexible. The actual office has TVs and massage chairs which make the visit less boring. Over all its a great place so far.

I've been to Big Smile Dental twice now for an exam and cleanings. Everyone I've interacted with at this office has been friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer questions. No one has tried to push anything, and the staff have been upfront about the (very reasonable) costs. I plan to continue going to this dentist as long as I'm living in Chicago.

I have been to Big Smile Dental multiple times over the past few months and i have not had a bad experience yet. The staff are always very cheerful and optimistic. i have yet to see any negativity in regards to the staff. The actual establishment is very nice as well. Im never in the waiting room for no more than 5 minutes, and the big screen tv's and massage help out a bit too. Im always satisfied with the work done on my teeth, which is probably the most important thing to know. I highly recommend Big Smile Dental. =) p.s. majority of the nurses here are gorgeous.. haha. (seriously)

The staff are always friendly and get me in and out of my appointments which is awesome for my hectic lifestyle! Nice feature is the text message reminders that they send out so I never miss my appointment.

I have been seeing Dr. Siegel for over 5 years now and he is wonderful, especially for patients who HATE going to the dentist. I don't think I have ever had a painful experience here - he is very attentive to making your appointment pain-free and easy, even if you require a lot of complex dental work. I need to come more often!! ;)
