Good Service is hard to come by, I think we all know that is true, but every now and then we all stumble upon a business that exudes excellence. BH Carpet Cleaners is one of those companies. No other carpet business has impressed me as much as they have. They are very professional, and I will never use a different company as long as they are in business.

These guys are awesome! They did such a great job on my poor tortured rug and I have felt such guilt at taking so long to write this because I was so grateful for how accommodating they were and what a fabulous job they did. And I love that they are a smaller company and I could support a local firm. First, I have birds at home so I did not want anything with lots of chemicals or smells because of their sensitive respiratory systems (though I still moved them to the back of the house). I also try to avoid a lot of chemicals and smells and these guys fit the bill. Literally, it did not smell at all. And second, I had had a "rug emergency" the night before and when I begged they even managed to squeeze me in that evening because one of their techs was willing to take an extra job! I love it when I get more than I expect. I just wanted my carpet cleaned and they sent this young man to my home and he was very professional and incredibly friendly and outgoing. He did a great job on the carpet, but he was simply a pleasure to have in my home, I never felt uncomfortable with having a stranger in my house. We talked about certain things we had in common and then he was on his way to another job. I'm sure the next customer felt the same way I did about the young man and the company he works for. I am a customer for life now.

Beware: this company uses the same chemicals any other carpet cleaning business does, while proclaiming them "safer" and more "environmentally sound" - while charging YOU an arm and a leg. Get a Roto Rooter. It does the same work for the right price, and it doesn't hire/fire employees unfairly like this company does!!

Wow, I can't believe it has taken me so long to get around to writing about Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners... We had a huger party about a month ago that got WAY out of hand, and needless to say the carpet, and our couches were in complete and total disarray. This one corner of our living room just reeked as if someone had hidden a 5 gallon bottle of curdled milk there, and we had red wine stains, chocolate stains, marker stains, I just wanted to strip my apartment and start all over. However we read a couple of reviews about this company on city search and decided to give them a try... I have to say that not only was the guy on time, he was utterly and completely gorgeous! (I know that is not of much relevance, but he was, he had these dark bouncing curls in his hair, or should I say tendrils? Anyways he was really good looking!) We called Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners for 2 reasons. 1st - the tons of raving reviews and 2nd - honestly the name. We simply wanted a good quality cleaning without any harsh chemicals. I called about 10 different companies but we were not about to fall for some companies bait-and-switch tactics anytime soon. So we call Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners. We needed a down to earth company who consisted of easy to work with people. First we tried to rent a Rug Machine from the supermarket, but we will never try that again?.. To make a long story short, the BH Carpet Cleaners we really good to us. The prices were surprisingly competitive and the service was seamless. Onetime, Professional, Confirmation call, Follow up thank you call, Ect, Ect?? WOW. Very cool guys. Plus we only live in a 1 bed apt but they still seemed to treat us as a very valuable customer. Unfortunately, I can not give this company a good review. I was new to the area and had a beautiful Persian silk carpet that was soiled in the move. Through much travel and many moves Citysearch has proven itself helpful. Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners had such good reviews in Citysearch, we chose to trust it, in spite of some less than favorable word of mouth reviews. The BH technician was uncertain of the correct technique to both clean and protect my carpet, therefore he called the owner to double check on the procedure, the owner assured both the technician and myself that his recommended course of cleaning would be effective and would protect my carpet. He was mistaken. My carpet is ruined. It was irreplaceable. This was not the first time the carpet had been cleaned, in the past it looked like new after cleaning. I found this company through Citysearch, and we were very impressed by the service we received. Eric showed up on time, was very friendly, efficient, and he worked hard from start to finish. The results are amazing! Our carpets were filthy, and now they are like new. The price was very reasonable, and worth it. Highly recommended.

We were moving in to a new condo with little notice for a cleaning but they were able to get us scheduled and make it on time. Professional, On-time and very helpful with all our questions. OK, the last company we used we Sears Carpet Cleaners, The problem we had with them was that their office was not able to give us an exact price and said we had to wait till the technicians show up. This worried us a little. Obviously when they showed up the began to vacuumed and spray the carpet with some soap. Then my wife asked about the price, they had already started the work ? assuming that we wanted to ?deep cleaning? that was 200.00 dollars more then they told us over the phone. So we asked them to leave. We called B.H. Carpet cleaning and they were a ?god send?. They told us about the company, the procedure and the PRICES they charge. We were able to schedule them that same day to clean the carpet that Sears did not. They were on time; Clean, Professional, and most importantly the price was exactly what they said over the phone. WOW, the carpet came out great. There was many spots that I did not think were going to come out but these guys obviously know what they are doing. Also I like the way they run the company - onetime and no hidden charges. They also gave us an exact quote over the phone. We will defiantly try to refer to anyone who needs carpet cleaning.

BH Carpet Cleaners is a great company. The technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and got rid of some stains that I thought would never come out. My Husband and I had just moved in a new condo; unfortunately the seller did not have the carpet cleaned before the close of escrow. To make a long story short we really loved this company!!!!! Those guys are honestly really nice people.
