BEWARE: Do not use this company! This is why: 1) We were charged a Warehouse Fee that we were never told about! 2) We did not receive the rate that we were quoted. 3) We were charged two times for the Fuel Charges. 4) WORST OF ALL-- They falsified our weight. They tried to charge us the the visual quoted weight rate and even showed us a Weigh Certificate with that poundage on it. However, we knew that we did not have that weight because we packed and weighed all of our stuff before they came. We requested a re-weigh which showed we were right and they were wrong. I wonder though, how did they get such a big difference in weight???? Sounds illegal to me! We HAD to pay upfront for their over charged weight before they would give us our stuff back. 5) No one called us back as they said they would! If you value integrity, honesty and your money, go with a different company!!!.

I hire this company to move my daughter from California to Minnesota for school. didn't had any problem i think that over all they did a great job from start to finish. i am now looking for their address because i want to send a screw driver and a ranch one of the movers forgot at my house while moving things and found those reviews i have to disagree i think that this guys are doing good job.

This email is going out to my data base of US Military, Department of Defense, US State Department, my lawyer, and BBB across the country. To whom it may concern, I was given a quote by Best Moving Van Lines to move me from San Diego, CA to Austin Texas. The quote was for 6700 lbs and the estimate was $3525.67. Packing was to be extra. However, my wife and I packed up all but two large mirrors and 5 other breakable items which we would have Best Moving pack at a $35-$45 per item cost. I was told that we would be moved in an 18-wheeler. When the movers got here, they pulled up in a beat up moving van, with logos painted over several times, and three guys in T-Shirts and jeans came in to start the move. As I was required to sign paperwork, I was told that there we "extra" charges for mattress covers, boxes for washer and dryer, $50++ for lamps, extra for shrink wrap, extra for larger items, etc., all of which started to add up to very costly additional charges. Told me to file an insurance claim. Insurer is Progressive Insurance. Refused to pay the claim, said what the movers did is not covered. The truck supervisor appeared to be a mid-eastern from Pakistan or one of those countries; it appears that Asaf Oved and Ohad Ben Shusan are also from the same locale. If you are looking for movers, by all means, AVOID USING BEST MOVING VAN LINES!!! It has been a nightmare dealing with these guys. Their sales rep Hannah was very helpful and friendly at negotiation stage and promised she will be there for you from start to finish. Do not fall into this trap because the truth is, you will never hear her again. Their driver at pick up day who speaks limited English was very rude and would force you to sign empty forms before they begin loading stuff. When you ask why you need to sign on empty forms, he would say, it has always been done that way and that is not changing today. Afterwards, he would show you another quote based on his visual estimate, which would be more than double the original quote and will be the basis of the partial payment, plus charge you with rediculously high packing materials and packing fees, warehouse fees, and other fees not mentioned in the original quote.
