DO NOT BOOK WITH BEST MOVERS CA . They are not professionals. They dont care about customers. Customers service is horrible. They also quote less price, but at the time they finish loading your stuff into the truck they will ask five times more money than what is quoted. One bad thing which bothers me a lot that they lie, lie, lie, and lie. They are not honest. They have the worst rating.

DO NOT PICK THIS COMPANY. I dont know where these old 5 stars comments came from. Best Movers California is a family owned company. They are unprofessional. They dont care about customers and their stuffs. Customers service is terrible, they lie. They also quote less price, like, $1000, When all your stuffs packed and loaded in the truck, they will ask you $4000. Beware when doing business with movers. i suggest book popular and professional company, who care about their reputation. If you dont trust me research on this company.

This is a fantastic concept. Service was very cooperative with respect to timing. There were excellent movers. I have already told many people about Best Movers CA. They definitely did an awesome job! I was moving out from a 3 bedroom college house and into a 2 bedroom condo. My roommates and I tried to move it ourselves but after days of figuring out where to start we decided we needed professional help. We called different companies to see which one offered the lowest price. Finally we found this well-known company with great records and went thru what I can call a perfect relocation.

The prices are very reasonable compared to the other companies I previously called. Tucker was very helpful in informing me of crucial information regarding moving. She was never pushy of getting my service but was very patient with me. The day before the actual move, I received a courtesy call from their office to verify my move which I thought was very courteous. And on the day of the move the guys came actually only 10 minutes late. They blanketed my furniture and put special protections on all my things that were glass. After loading the truck they followed me to the new address. They went straight to work to unload the truck and after they finished unloading the rest of the items in their truck they went and unpacked the furniture and some of the boxes. All the while they maintained professionalism and were very courteous at the same time. Best Movers CA never made me feel uncomfortable during the entire move.

Very pleasant experience with this company! We moved last weekend and after spending hours on research mover's records online, we found this honest company. When I called sales department I reached a real live person right away and he was very nice reprehensive and very pleasant!
