I attempted to see the doctor after making another appointment through his nurse. When my son and I arrived, after sitting out in an empty waiting room for 40 minutes we were told that we could not see the doctor unless we paid for the visit previously. I explained that the previous visit was what we wanted to see him about and I would pay after speaking with the doctor. The office staff refused to let me speak with the doctor or continue with the appointment. After driving 20 miles there and 20 miles back, taking my son out of high school early for the appointment we were rather put out about the whole thing. I did contact the TN Department of Commerce and Insurance regarding the situation. Belle Mead Dermatology refused to negotiate with us through them. Have been seeing Debra & Kelly at Belle Meade Aesthetic Center for 5 years. They never make me wait, the results are great, they're honest about the results, and their prices are in line. They're no-frills compared to other spas, but I like that they're associated with doctors. I trust them with my face.

I have only been to see Dr. Day a couple of times. He came strongly recommeded by a friend. I would recommend him. His nurses were not very sociable and friendly, but the office staff was and I liked him. He was friendly and kind.
