Uhm, aren't we wearing them in today's fashion? We need to bring back Jordache and Sergio Valenti's.

Nothing that unusual about them - sailors have been running around the world in them for a very long time.  However, one time around was enough for this one as a popular fashion.  If they're worn now it should only be for a 60's themed costume party or a revival of Hair or Godspell (God forbid!).

Even worse when they tried to make a comeback (modern twist) in the late 90's

Yes on women, but in the 1960's, MEN tried to wear them. Aargh!

I totally agree with Denis Leary, bell bottoms, belong back in the 60's. And should stay there.

I seen some vintage pictures, and it seems they look great on hot chicks.

The rating applies to men wearing them. Dennis Leary once commented that during the "sexual revolution" of the sixties and seventies, these pants guaranteed that young men wouldn't get laid. Can't improve on that comment.

They have their own corny appeal.

What is wrong bell bottoms? They are SO much nicer than those stupid tapered leg jeans we wore in the 80's! UPDATE: I noticed some people commenting on men wearing bell-bottoms. EVERYONE wore them in the 70's. At least men weren't afraid to be stylish back then.
