Bellagio Salon & Spa

Last summer I desperately wanted highlights. After doing some research I made an appointment at Bellagio with Alexis. When I got there my fear of hair dye damaging my hair got the best of me and I let Alexis know I was nervous. She recommended weaving in few tracks of colored extensions into my hair so it looked like i had highlights, no dye involved. Genius! So about 3-4 tracks later, caramel highlights peaked through my natural dark hair and it looked amazing! I was so thrilled Alexis was able to work with what I wanted and provide me with a great outcome. I went back to her last month for a relaxer and a trim which turned out perfectly- full of body, feeling and looking so healthy. Elaine has the booth next to her and gave me great advice about how to wear my hair natural, the right setting to use on my flat iron and what products will work best for me. Really love coming here. I have tried a lot of different stylists here and all of them have impressed me. Massages are really relaxing here as well.

Owners are personally making sure that I was taken care of. Was greeted by a nice receptionist and was offered a tour of their new day spa. Loved it, everything was done with great taste. After a cup of jasmine green tea I was invited in their facial lounge which is 3 times the size of my previous esthetician. My facial was amazing. Made another appointment for a hot stone massage next week. I'll keep you posted on that. So far-love everything about Belagio.

I have ethnic hair, and no one was able to work with it. I went to Alexis and Elaine and they did wonders with my hair! Sasha at the front desk is an absolute delight! Everyone is so welcoming! And i also get the greatest facials by Clara! Shes amazingggggg with skin care (and i have lots of blemishes). I would recommend this salon to anyone.

I went to the salon based on the reviews but found it disappointing. I had my hair done by FAY. She was not a professional hairdresser at all!!. As she was combing my hair, she combed me ear and scratched me with her nails. There was no apology. It seemed like she's tired or something...... It was my worst hair cut ever!! . She overcharges!!. I would not recommend FAY AT ALL.

I have had my hair cut by Nora for years. She is wonderful always friendly and cuts only what I ask her to. She did my hair for my wedding and I loved it to. Elaine recenlty did hair extensions on my hair I love them. She spent extra time with me to make sure they looked natural and I get compliments all the time. Clara Cabrera is an amazing eyebrow technician. I have had many eyebrow waxers over the years, but I have to say Clara does them best. She's incredibly comforting and manages to get both my out-of-control eyebrows in the best shape of my life. I highly recommend Clara.

I had short notice to get ready for a big event, I was nervous going in, I was assignet to FAY, who was adorable and was an incredible listener and was able to create EXACTLY what I wanted,....and she is SOOOOOO nice !! I had a great experience at this beautiful and up-scaled Salon and Spa. I had a facial and my make-up done for an event . The Esthetician did a great job, she was very knowledgeable....and had great hands, made me feel so relaxed. She did a complete analysis of my skin and then choose the best treatment for my skin . I loved the upper massage she gave me while my mask was processing. Cant wait to get my next facial in a month. jcjrb

I live here at the Promenade and every time I need a haircut I just walk in and get it done without an appointment. It's a pretty big place with a lot of stylists working there so someone is always available to take me. Check them out...

The first time I went there they did an awesome job on my hair. This past time however the OWNER was fixing my hair and was supposed to touch up my roots. She ended up bleaching pieces that were already blonde and then toned my brown hair to a ugly blonde color without my permission. After washing I looked at my hair that was WAY too blonde like white/silver and figured I can just dye it some other time its just color right...WRONG I started combing my hair and it was coming out in chunks because she over processed it. That was on Friday Jan 30 and today my hair still comes out when it is wet. I highly recommend you find another salon if you plan on coming here, that is if you don't want you hair to fall out. Oh and when I requested my money back they rudely told me that they did what I wanted. I hope this helps I'm just trying to save you from a horrible experience.

I started going to the salon back in October and I it is the best place to go in SD. I have Michelle cut my hair and she is the best stylist they have. I have even referred my friends to them and they love it too. You should try it out and have Michelle cut your hair and style it. You will love it! The people there are just so friendly and its great.

The hair stylists that I have been to are awesome! I last went to Susan (color speciast ) And she did a fantastic job with my color! I highly reccomend her !I have never been so happy with my hair!!!!
