was really upset and frightened by the fact i was being audited by the IRS. My qualms were put to rest by the Becker's Tax Service team. They explained to me that all i had to do was provide to them the documentaion that supported the expenses i claimed for my business. I am a doctor and having them to guide me along, made my life so easy. I did not even have to talk to the IRS. One of my colleagues was audited and went to see Randall Klein for thier audit. I don't think he knew what he was doing. He didnt even fight the IRS or get him the deductions that he was entilted too. I have brought my friend to Becker's Tax Service. Thank you Becker's Tax Service. I went yesterday morning and in the afternoon i received my money. I have been going to Becker's Tax Servcie for 9 years. They always do an excellent job and answer all my questions. I recomend Becker's Tax to all my friends and coworkers and I will continue to do so. You cant go wrong trusting your financail affairs to BTS.

I have been letting Becker's Tax Service and Joe Becker with his staff do my accounting, payroll, insurance and taxes since 2001. Joe has provide me with excellent service and advise. Then he brought Randall Klein into his practice. I think it is Randal Klein of Wealthbuilder. Ha Ha thats a laugh. Randall Klein has no moral values. He would take candy from a babies mouth. He does not know how to do taxes, he does not even have an accouting degree. Joe finally threw the shmo out last spring. Randall continues stealing money out of my bank account every month even though he did not do any work for me. Joe convinced me to close my bank account in June and participate in a class action law suit againts the shmo. Becker's Tax is great. Randall Klein could not fight his way out of a paper bag. Stay away from him.

I have been using Becker Tax Service for that past 5 years, and I've know him longer. HE has always worked very hard to get me every penny I deserve back from the government. It is unfair that people bring in his personal life with only knowing half the truth, or what they read. He is an honest man, and I have never had a problem with my taxes. Also, about the long waits...I'm assuming it's because he has a lot of customers, and I'm assuming if he was as bad as a lot of these reviews said, there would be no wait at all...that's when I would worry. Great job Joe...I will see you in a couple of months.

As the ad says, Becker's Tax Service is my one shop stop for all my financial needs. Joe Becker has been doing my taxes since 2001. He has always answered my questions and researched my problems. I origininally came to him becuase i was having an audit for 1998 and 1999. I acutally got a refund when it was all over. I buy my insurance there, do financial planning, refinanced my house, and know that if I ever have a problme...Joe Becker is there to help me. Becker's Tax Service is not a CPA firm. They are a bookkeeping and tax firm giving you professional experience at a lower price. I highly reccomend Becker's Tax Service and will keep sending my family and friends there.

I am in the Car Lot Industry. Over the years i have referred thousands of my friends, associates, and colleagues to Becker's Tax Service and Joseph Becker. Since 1994 I have only received two complaints about him. Both of those had to do with R. Klein from Wealthbuilders Inc. Joe was letting him handle the audits and apparently Mr. Klein screwed them both up. After Joe locked Mr. Klein and Wealthbuilder Inc out of the building both audits were won in appeals. Thank god for Becker's Tax Service. I will gladly wait in line to have Joe consult with me and help me on my taxes. Thumbs up to you Joe Becker.

Becker's Tax Service is Great. They do the payroll, bookkeeping, and incometax preparation for all of my companies. Joseph Becker works seven days a week and is always available. He knows and understands how busiensses work. I know Joe used to be a CPA, but his company is and always was a bookkeeping and tax firm. Same knowledge and caliber service at a lower price. Over the years he has handled all my IRS problems and audits and has done an outstanding job. I will never take my busienss from Becker's Tax Service, and will keep referring them to everyone I know.

I am a flight attendent with Continental Airlines. I have been going to Becker's Tax Service since 1996. Joe has always told me to save my receipts and when I and several of my other flight attendent friends were audited...WE WON. Becker's Tax Servcie, has always given me great service. I knew they were not a CPA frim because Joe told me. He was a CPA at one time, but decided to let his license go. I will continuing using Becker's Tax Service and referring them to my friends.

This man is a criminal. Just ask several hundred Continental Airline's Flight Attedants about Becker and their 2005 IRS audits. I am one of them! Stay away from him. He lost his license in September 2005 and continues to prepare peoples taxes as if nothing is wrong. I am still trying to resolve my audit a year later. I went here because a friend told me "Joe" could get me more money. Against my better judgement I let this man prepare my taxes and low and behold, he got me several hundred dollars more than I normally would get. However, about 6 months later I received a notice that I was being audited. Joe said they would represent me free and so against my better judgement (again) I let this "firm" represent me. When I would call to check on the progress of my case I was told it was all under control. Apparently it was not under control, as 3 months later my bank account was garnished, leaving me nothing. I ended up calling the agent assigned to my case and handling the case myself. The agent told me that they had received no contact from Becker's office and that was the reason they garnished my bank account. This is Joseph C Becker, Managing Partner of Becker's Tax Service, LP. I have come back again to this unfair forum where people like RK (alias mills / alias fast file) can hide behind ficutious names/email addresses and spew lies and half truths. Becker's Tax Service, LP is not a CPA firm, nor has it ever been a CPA firm since it was founded in 1993. If RK/Mills/Fastfile was an exemployee here several years ago, one has to wonder why he was fired, why he is afraid to state his full name and contact information, and why after several years he is still so interested in me? Obviously, he is not an CPA, or he would know that the law provides you the ability to recreate a mileage log when you are audited. He was probably fired or locked out of the Becker's Tax due to his inability to represent clients, being incompetent withTaxes, and a liar. Mills0209, beckersblows & fastfile got it right...this man is pathetic. Do not listen to the review below that Joe Becker has done on himself. I am a former employee of BTS and I resigned several years ago because of Joe's lack of ethics. He will in fact get you a large refund initially by inflating your deductions...usually by claiming large mileage and/or other expenses on Form 2106 (Unreimbursed Employee Business Expenses). Many times, clients will not even realize he has done this to them until they are audited. They leave his office happy that they are getting a couple of thousand dollars more than they expected and probably don't even bother to look at the details of the tax return. Then a year later they get a letter in the mail that the IRS would like to see proof of their deductions. When they call Joe's office he will tell them everything is fine and not to worry...then he passes the buck to some poor employee who has to defend the person in an audit with absolutely no... I am Joseph Becker and it is easy for someone to post lies and play with the truth about someone when that person is not there to defend themself. I / We dont lie or submit fraudulent tax returns. I have been preparing tax returns for over 30 years and my staff and I understand the tax law. Should you be audited Becker's Tax Service will go represent you before the IRS and as long as you can sustantiate your deductions, we will win your audit. I will admit, that sometimes i am eating while I work and sometimes there is a couple of hours wait here. I eat while I work because I work straight through from 6am to midnight seven days a week. There is usually a wait because we care about our clients, I hire educated experienced employees, and we always try to do good reliable work. To the lady who went to do her taxes elsewhere, did you know that the peron who did your taxes probably had two weeks of tax traing and may have been your neighbors mother? I urge you to read this review before having Joe Becker touch your taxes. Joe Becker has had his CPA license revoked in the state of Texas for doing illegal business. There are many people that I know that have gone to Becker's Tax Service to have their taxes prepared and the great thing is he gets you a lot of money back up front. How he does this is by lying and cheating the system. Then within a year you will get a letter from the IRS giving you 30 days to prove all of your write offs and if you have no proof then you are sent a bill that has to be paid with in a certain amount of time. This fee also includes penalties from not being paid on time. I urge you to not use this man and to tell everyone you know that he is a FRAUD!

On my first trip, he consumed 2 jack in the box sandwiches while I explained my tax situation. He spent more time talking to his assistant about the problem with his lunch order than he did talking to me about my taxes. On my followup appointment, I arrived ten minutes early to find that customers that had appointments scheduled for 3 hours before mine were still waiting. The secretary refused to give me back my W2's. Luckily I had made a copy. H and R block immediately took me in and got me $2300. Worst customer service ever!
