Basic Car Rental

This was by far the worst experience I had with any business of any kind....I found out the hard way that this is just a local car rental place started by an auto mechanic who obviously needs a lesson in professionalism and customer service. If you think the price you get on the website is the price you pay, think again. The price I had quoted to me from my internet reservation was doubled at the time of the reservation due to all the "add-ons" they had "forgot" to mention. I was so desperate and late for my meeting in San Diego that I just paid what they asked (which unfortunately is what they probably hope for in all their customers). These guys are scam artists of the worst kind:Scam #1: I had reserved a compact car from Friday to Sunday on the internet two weeks in advance.
