A Great leader on a Great team. He takes the second seat to Lombardi during the 60's. Still did a Good job winning when it counted. Won the First 2 superbowls, and a few NFL Championships before the Merger. Got both Superbowl MVP awards and is well deserving of 4 Stars

Reminds me a lot like Tom Brady. Not-so-spectacular passing stats, but the Bottom Line (NFL Titles) is very impressive.
