Baptiste Power Yoga Boston Std

Baptiste yoga is an excellent workout. That being said, I think there's a lot of benefits to yoga that are not simply exercise related. The Boston studio is attractive, but the students are so crowded and sweaty that I cannot help but question the cleanliness. Also, the studio has a peculiar soap opera regarding the instructors and bad feelings which put a damper on my enthusiasm for this studio.
