I brought my vehicle to this dealership 4 times for the same issue. My problem with that is that I paid the service twice because evidently they failed to diagnose my issue correctly the first time. So what they say is oh it was this last time and now its this - the same light came on -did i mention it was only two weeks between each visit. then to top it off if you need a diagnostic test done on a vehicle that is covered by a warranty; the warranty is only covered if you go to a NISSAN DEALERSHIP. it suck doesn't it.

I am female college student shopping around for my first car. I went to this dealersihp with the intent to test drive the car I was interested in. I was referred to a salesman named Kurt. This guy ruined my whole first car buying exprience for me. He was very rude to me. He gave me a price that was too high and when I told him I will think about and I was about to leave he told me to wait. He made me wait over 20 minutes and then came back with a lower offer. When I was about to leave again he made me wait again (they had my car keys this entire time), and he came back with a lower offer. Then the manager came in and pretty much started Yelling! at me. He said that I was being unreasonable and I wanted his family to go hungry and he crossed out the previous offer and raised it again. And then lowered it again, saying that this offer is only valid NOW. If I go to some other dealership, he will not give me this price. I felt absolutely humiliated, but I sucked it up because I was secretly

This place is a joke, and I would never go there again nor would I recommend it to my worst enemy. I did all my research on the car I was interested in buying and knew exactly what I wanted. All I needed was to test drive and see the car in person. I have a two-year old Mustang GT to trade that's in immaculate condition with extremely low mileage and could easily be sold by a a dealership for $23k+. Having said all that, the salesman we got was not only a rookie but he shouldn't be selling cars. When I asked him simple questions about the car, such as where on the window sticker I could find the name of the color of the car, he couldn't tell me. So not only could he not tell me the color (Graphite Metallic) he couldn't tell me where on the sticker I could find the name of the car. I also inquired about a piece of equipment in the back of the vehicle, and he couldn't tell me what it was either (Cargo Cover). I told him I wanted to test drive a car with Navigation, but he kept i... Read more

I never thought that purchasing a car could be as easy and enjoyable as these guys made it. I was speaking with Benjamin for several days prior to going into the dealership. I only received responses from 2 of the other 6 dealerships that I initiated contact with. The e-mails that I got were always very direct and to the point. When I went in he was so nice and showed us all of the features of the car (which the other places I visited didn't do because it was 110 degrees outside). He really took his time to answer my questions and explain things about the car-- instead of just throwing me the keys and telling me where the test drive route was. I didn't have to deal with some whacked out sales manager coming in and using the iron fist to force me to buy the car. There was no pressure to "BUY TODAY!" We did have to wait for a little while to sign some paperwork upstairs in the Internet office, but I expected to be at the dealership much longer than 2 hours. The last time I bo... Read more

Long story short: Day 1: test drove, salesperson offered drive out price, we gave them our drive out price and left Day 2 Morning: salesperson called to push sales again i declined. Day 2 Afternoon: 4pm i confirmed over phone car in storage and agreed to sale and told him to prep the car. Day 2 Evening: 6pm on the way with money to pick up salesperson called and said car was sold. apparently a computer mix up of VIN number caused the car to show on inventory as available. Sales person did not double check before settling deal!!!! We went anyway, no other car with my option. spoke to sales manager for 2 hrs. implied that verbal agreement of sale on phone was not binding. implied that it was our fault for not taking the deal yesterday. not willing to lose money and pay for dealer trad-in fee even though champion nissan has my car. wanted us to pay for $200 dealer trade-in fee even though it was their internal mistake of the computer system. not willing to do written agreement that we w... After having a horrible experince at Mossy Nissan going here was like a whole new world. The waiting room is nice, people are nice and it was the best thing I did. They are a bit slow at fixing cars but atleast they did not charge me for warrenty repairs like Mossy wanted to.

I was not satisfied with the quality of customer service at Baker Jackson Nissan. I took my Nissan, in excellent condition, for a routine tune-up, plus replacement of an antenna rod. I went to Baker Jackson Nissan because I am considering purchasing a new vehicle from their dealership and was curious what their repair shop was like for routine maintenance. Unfortunately, having spent over $500 at Baker Jackson Nissan's repair shop, I did not even get the standard vacuum of the mats! In addition, I felt as though I was not getting honest feedback to my questions. For example, I asked if it would be cheaper for me to purchase an antenna rod from a parts shop and install it myself. I was told this was not the case and would not be charged labor. However, I paid $47.42 at the Nissan dealership for the rod (no labor included) when I could have purchased one at our local auto parts shop for $13.99. I realize the rod in the local auto parts store is not an authentic Nissan manufacture... Read more

I bought my truck here in 20004. Felt a little pressure to buy, but kind of expected that. If I did it over again I would probably still buy from this location but I would NOT take my car here for maintenance. I took my Nissan in for its two year service and got slammed with an additional $100 of work I probably didn't need. In addition, the coupon I brought in was noted in the sales order but never applied to the amount I owed. When I called to get a refund, I was told I couldn't have one because the paperwork had already been processed. The worst part, however, was the shape of my car-- it's now louder, has poorer gas mileage, and grinds when I shift gears! How nice to take my $500 and mess up my previously great transmission. I'll never take my vehicle back!
