The issue is the hygienists. They are a pack of gossiping over opinionated hyenas. Because one of the xrays was shot crooked, one of the hygienist took it upon herself to inform the other hygienists and front desk that my daughter's teeth was horribly crooked, I was probably too poor to fix her teeth, and I am lying about taking them to the dentist every 6 mos--all within earshot of my 12 yr old. Then when the dentist came and viewed the xrays and my daughters teeth, the hygenist started pointing and nudging at the xrays like a 5 yr old telling on a sibling. Dentist was professional and told her the xrays were bent when they were taken, and her teeth are perfect. Even with this, HALF-WAY through the cleaning, the hygienist stopped and said I had to pay before she would finish. Even after the dentist told her nothing was wrong she continued with her fantasy diagnosis. I felt like she was holding my daughter's teeth hostage. The rest of the office was complacent with her behavior.

Great staff and wonderful dentist. Dr. Lueck has seen me and my children and makes us feel very comfortable. She is very good with kids and teaches them the importance of good dental health. She is very precise and detailed. I highly recommended her for any of your dental needs. My kids LOVE her!

I will NEVER go there again!!! First of all the facilities are old and there is hardly any privacy, just a small half wall (if you can even call it that) dividing each chair and nothing dividing the area where orthodontic work is being done. There is only an open room with chairs all squashed in and you know everything happening to the people next to you. I had a few fillings done on cavities I had in July and they were a little bit sensitive afterward. I thought it would go away (even though that has never happened in the past at other dentists) so I gave it time. Now its four months later and the pain is unbearable. With cold stuff one tooth they worked on hurts badly, hot stuff hurts another one they worked on and when I chew another one is sensitive! I've never had problems with sensitivity before I went to them! Now I have to see if it can even be fixed and do I really want to go back to them for that??? Bahri Dental Group in Jacksonville is somewhat pricey, but my dentist: Dr. Anjali Lueck, is great. She's honest, and gives it to you how it is. (like it or not) She printed out all the work that I needed in priority order, and worked with me over two years to get it all done. My first appointment for my last procedure was yesterday. Again, she was great. I have no complaints. I cannot speak for the other doctors within that facility, but I HIGHLY recommend Anjali.
