I have enjoyed a successful, friendly, and happy business partnership with Ms. Manzar Azari and Company. They have managed and taken care of my home as if it were their own home. Azari made my transition from condo to rental unit smooth and stress free. They painted, repaired, and cleaned the unit quickly and with great care. Sal (Azari's handyman) did fast, quality, and reliable work. Manzar and Genie set realistic expectations and gave me great rental advice. They were always prompt to respond to questions and were a pleasure to deal with. After only a little over a month Azari found a quality tennant for my condo. I also have to mention Inna and Deanna who are also very nice to work with.

I met Manzar, 2 yrs ago, when I needed someone to help rent my flat. We met at an Open House she was holding for another rental-property owner . She presented herself as professional and someone who was very pro-active. It was such a relief to find her, after working with a company that did nothing for 30-days., not even one showing. She immediately, started to show the property and found a tenant within 2 weeks! That was unbelievable given that it was in late October when the market begins to slow. Recently, I consulted with her on a tenant issue and she was incredibly friendly and she did not hesitate to assist, even though we had not transacted any additional business. That speaks volumes. When I decided to hire a management firm to manage renting my condo in San Francisco, I didn't really know how important this decision would be for me. They not only found a renter, but manage the entire relationship. My renter has required frequent attention which I could not have provided because I don't live in San Francisco. Azari not only provides needed attention promptly, but they also check with me in advance before doing anything to be sure I am comfortable with their suggestions. Their service has made renting trouble free.

Manzar cares about taking care of her clients. We were searching for a new property management company for our 22 unit condo property. Manzar's price quote/services were VERY competitive so we decided to take a chance. As president of the HOA board at our complex, I worked very closely with Manzar and was in constant contact by either email or phone. She was always professional and did her best to accommodate our many requests. Also, because our HOA barely had enough funds to get by, Manzar didn't increase her management fees for 3 years! Hands down, it was a good decision to go with Azari Property Management.

I have worked with a number of property management companies over the years, but have never come across someone who is as personable or as strong an advocate as Manzar and her team. Whether it be addressing issues with plumbing or heating or simply assisting in management of lawn care services, etc. by the owners, she has been ultra-responsive and a friend through the process in every sense of the word. Several months ago, I decided to rent out my condo in SF and went with Azari Property Management, and it has really been one of the best decisions I've made! I worked with Inna and Yong and they worked constantly to find me the perfect tenant at my desired price -- not my rock bottom price! They showed my place on evenings and weekends and within 1 month, they found me the perfect tenant! I could not be more pleased! Now I've been with them a few months and here are some more things I'm very happy about -- the rent being auto-deposited into my account exactly on time so I don't have to do anything. For someone who is probably the most high manitenance and demanding client when it comes to things like this, I must say I was pleasantly surprised with Azari PM. Having moved to NYC and being saddled with an apartment in SF from 'better times', I needed to sell or rent the unit ASAP. I was able to arrange everything with Azari from Manhattan and they had the place rented at market within a little over a week, which is pretty amazing considering today's SF rental market. Their service is fairly priced and the entire Azari team is on top of their game.

My husband and I are relocating from Denver, CO to San Francisco, which we were not at all familiar with the area. I have been living in a house managed by Azari for 6+ months now. Manzar and her staff are doing a great job. The customer service is great – Manzar is very attentive, friendly and professional. She always answers her phone – I had to call her on weekend and she managed to make a service appointment for me the same day. I would definitely recommend the company.

I have met Manzar at Azari PM through one of her agents by referral. I was right away assigned to a professional agent who actively created a list of properties for me to look at. Amazingly, it took less than a week for me to find a property that suited my needs. I notified Manzar and she right away contacted the agent to negotiate the best deal for me. I was ready to give an offer for more than it was listed, she however, with her skills and expertise knew exactly what to do to negotiated the price down by a significant amount (less than it was originally listed). She makes things happen very rapidly and efficiently. Whenever we had concerns or questions about our house Manzar was completely available for us. I have a beautiful almost 3500 sq.ft. house that my husband and his crew built together. We invested a lot of money and tried to sell it. This past spring my company asked me to relocate to the NorthEast for a few years. Of course, I didn't want to sell my apartment but I knew that trying to manage a property from soo far away would be a hassle.
