Charlotte was my doula for my home birth. She was amazing! Her presense was so calming and soothing. I remember at one point, I didn't care if my husband left the room or not, but I just needed Charlotte there with me. She not only helped me, she helped my husband with suggestions on ways to help me and even a neck massage. I had a very long labor/birth (24 hours), she even stayed and made sure we had breakfast before she left. I just can't say enough about her, I am so blessed to have had her at my birth. She also gave me prenatal massages during my pregnancy to help with my aching back and hips. They were so great! She was such a blessing. A true angel. If I am blessed with another child, I will definately ask Charlotte to be there.

As a Chiropractor I am particular on who I let do body work on me a second time, as I'm always up for trying a new technique, and I highly recommend Charlotte's massage! Being in a physical job myself combined with the physical athletic training I have done, Charlotte has put me back together more than once!! She is calming, relaxing, gentle, effective, and very intuitive with her touch. I've known her a few years. I started out as a client and am now fortunate enough to practice in the same space with her. I feel extremely confidant referring my patients with muscular skeletal pain, headaches, post trauma injuries and lymphatic system congestion to her. Her energy is angelic to be in and you'll feel great for days after your session. I've also had the pleasure to work with her in a home birth and witness just how amazing and knowledgeable she is while working with the delivering mother to be. I've been working with Charlotte on some old emotional issues for well over a year now and she is truly incredible. She uses a variety of techiniques with me including massage, breathwork, Sound Wave Energy, Back Flower Remedies, as well as what I would call energy balancing, With her help I have been able to move past issues that I have been working on in one way or the other for years. I met Charlotte in 2005 at an infant massage class she offered at Babies'r'us and instantly decided to have her as my doula. At that time i was pregnant with my first baby - two deliveries later (i have a 3 year old and a 3 months old now) - i still think it was a blessing to meet her that day!!! She was at my both deliveries and made them a wonderful experience that i would want to repeat as long as i have her with me ;-) She did use completely different techniques those two times: what worked the first time had no affect the second, she gave us confidence and strength and later knowledge to succeed during a premature first and pretty complicated second deliveries, not using epidural or any other medication both times, as well as recover gracefully - i will be thankfull for the rest of my life and tell my daughters about her! Don't even think twice about hiring her - i promise you won't regret. -maria

Charlotte is just incredible! I cannot imagine going through my son's birth without her. He is my first child and I had no idea how hard it could be. My whole family STILL says to this day, "What would we have done without Charlotte?". She really made my whole experience peaceful. I felt completely comfortable with her as did my husband. The most amazing thing about her, I think, is that she really took into account our beliefs, both me and my husbands. She kept us both as calm as possible and even my husband comments on how much she helped him with this scary new experience. Thanks to her I was able to really enjoy my son's birth and I will always remember it as the happiest day of my life. I love Charlotte and I think EVERYONE should have her with them for the birth of their children. She makes it a truly remarkable and wonderful experience.

I do not even want to begin to imagine what my son's birth would have been like without Charlotte there. It was my Mom that wanted me to have a doula present, and thank goodness. They say to expect the unexpected when giving birth, but I just wanted to have a drug-induced labor followed by an epidural. No big deal, right? Wrong. Two epidurals later, I found myself giving birth the old fashioned way. I'm not quite sure why the epidurals did not work but Charlotte was there coaching me through the whole thing. I took the birth classes that teach you how to breathe, but when it came time my mind went blank. Charlotte helped the early labor with pressure point pain relief, then massage when my muscles were tense, breathing through transition, and finally counting through pushing. I think my husband even got a massage out of it. What an easy day he had! I feel like Charlotte did so much more than I can sum up in this space. I highly recommend her for any mother to be. I loved, loved, loved having Charlotte for my doula. I would use her again and recommend her to anyone that needs a doula. Do not hesitate to utilize Charlotte as a doula or massage therapists because of cost or any other reason that one may think of- it is well worth every penny and the piece of mind that she gave me was invaluable. I learned infant massage, breathing techniques and had a most wonderful birthing experience because of Charlotte. She was my advocate with the nurses and Doctors when I was in the midst of labor pain.Thank you Charlotte! My daughter is almost 4 years old and as sassy as can be.
