The charges were not was originally quoted to my company and each month there were 'extra' charges added without explanation. Could not rely on the true cost of the service was.

From the first day I met Keith, he has been accessible, full of information and very dependable! I know that when I pick up the phone, he will either answer and dial back quickly. I started looking for someone to help take care of processing 2 years ago. When I changed over to another internal system here at the store Keith was referred to me to use as a processor. He reference was given highly. Now I see why. Keith came out and took a look at the situation, did an analogy, and in just a short time had me up and running! Keith, our Authorized rep, had us set up ready to accept credit cards within a week and quickly answered any questions we had over email, on the phone, and/or (GET THIS!) in person! He would drop by our office during the first few weeks just to see if we had any questions or concerns. I have never encountered a more customer service-oriented individual. Keith is a GREAT guy to work with. He is very, very knowledgeable about credit card services and really protects his customers from the tricks the processing companies try to play. After 36 years of holding out from taking credit cards, reality that clients no longer carried checkbooks forced me to consider taking cards. I heard Keith give a presentation to his BNI group and asked to talk to him about accepting cards at my office. His explanation of the process was clear. After almost a year with him, I have had no problems with the system. Any questions I have about a bill he's answered and the one time it was incorrect he got it corrected. I had a horrible experience with a credit card processor before I met Keith Miller with Authorized Credit Card Systems. I had a written contract guaranteeing certain rates for certain card charges with my old processor. Those rates were not followed. I was jaded and suspicious of all processors when I met Keith Miller. Keith came in, explained everything in detail, helped me understand how the process should work (and how it has, flawlessly, in my first 5 months of service with him) and answered all of my questions very honestly and completely. I have been with him for 5 months now and he has delivered EXACTLY what he said he would and exactly what it says in our contract. The merchant account industry is filled with unscrupulous (flat out lying) representatives that will tell you anything to get you to sign up / switch your merchant accounts. It doesn't help that this is a totally unregulated industry, and once you've signed an agreement, it is extremely difficult to get out of that agreement. Keith Miller with Authorized Credit Card Systems is the exact opposite of most of the individuals in credit card processing. He is knowledgeable about this product, responsive, and has professional integrity. He does what he say he will, or makes it right. It was so much easier getting set up to handle credit cards and ACH transaction than at my bank. The bank had three different people handling parts of it and used me to communicate through... too time consuming, spoke with Keith, next thing I know it's all done and cost less too... Bonus!
