I had a awesome experience at Austin Plastic Surgery Center. Dr. Maggi was incredible gave me just what I wanted. Although at the time I was set on a bigger size He assured me that he knew what he was doing and He did. They are very natural looking and I have had no comlaints. Great Job, Great Staff and Great Outcome. After looking for the right place for 4 years I found it and recommend anyone interesting in getting work done to come visit with the staff and Dr. Maggi.

I have been a patient of Dr Maggi's for the last couple years and have had several procudures done and never had a single complaint. Dr. Maggi is dedicated to hi patients and will go out of his way to make sure the results are pleasing to the patient. Dr. Maggi demonstrates a level of care that could be surpassed by none. I had surgery on a Friday, in order to accomodate my work schedule and the least days missing time from work, and Dr Maggi came in on Saturday to do post op visit and scheduled me again for Monday just to make sure eveything was going well. The staff is absolutely wonderful!! For my money he is the best and will continue to be my Dr for any future needs I have!

After researching other cosmetic surgeons in the area - I am thankful that I found Dr. Maggi and his staff. After many years, I finally took the plunge and had a TT. The staff ensured that I was educated on the procedure and talked to me about realistic expectations. On the day of surgery, i almost changed my mind - because I was scared to death! Thankfully, the wonderful staff made me feel comfortable. I am so glad I had the procedure. Dr. Maggi and his staff are wonderful!

To sum it up, keep researching and getting other reviews, not worth it, emotionally or financially, you will find a better surgeon...

I had gone to several plastic surgery offices while considering breast augmentation. I found the other offices to be cold and unwelcoming. However, the day I visited Dr. Maggi's office, I knew I found the place for me. The staff made me feel so comfortable, despite how nervous I was about the procedure. They explained everything in great detail and informed me of all my payment options. During the free consultation Dr. Maggi was very welcoming and answered all of my questions. In other offices I'd felt very rushed and ignored, but Dr. Maggi took his time explaining the basic procedures that were avilable to me. They also did not pressure me into any additional surgery and made me feel comfortable with the choice that I had made. I would recommend Dr. Maggi and his staff to anyone looking to get plastic surgery done. The staff is amazing, the surgery went extremely well and the results were far better than I could have ever hoped for!!!

Dr. Maggi and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I am thrilled with the results of my breast implants, lipo, and butt lift. My husband says I have the body of a 20 year old. I must say that I agree (yet, I am actually 49)! I just scheduled my next surgery for a brow lift and cheek implants. As a nurse, I am very impressed that Dr. Maggi does his own injections (Botox and such). He will be very honest with you and tell you if he doesn't agree with you needing a certain surgery or procedure. He is very ethical and doesn't do surgery just to make money. I really respect Dr. Maggi. He has high integrity, amazing talent, and truly cares deeply about his patients. I have used several other plastic surgeons in town and none compare to Dr. Maggi and his staff; warm, caring, honest, friendly, and GENUINE. Very comfortable atmosphere. NO PRETENSE. I would highly recommend Dr. Maggi to anyone wanting a great plastic surgeon AND a plastic surgeon you can TRUST!! He's the BEST!

I had been thinking about a TT for several years and I had consults with several others and never felt completely comfortable for whatever reason until I found Dr. Maggi and his staff. They all made me comfortable from the very first appointment. I know they made the experience much more pleasant. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor! He is very friendly and caring, always taking time to answer your questions. I was having a hysterectomy and wanted my TT at the same time (Feb 2007) and they were terrific about getting everything coordinated with my gyno. Because of the hysterectomy I was in the hospital 2 days and Dr. Maggi was in everyday to see me. I was also really impressed with how many Post Op appointments he has you come back for. After lots and lots of research on my particular surgery, I thought that the hardest part was going to be finding a plastic surgeon that I was comfortable with, and one that I knew would do a great job. Dr. Maggi's office was the first (and only) surgery center that I went to visit. I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. My first impression of the office was great. It's beautiful in there. I was very nervous, but felt right at home quickly. Once I met Dr. Maggi and his staff I knew that this was where my life change was going to take place. Dr. Maggi was wonderful. He answered all my questions, gave me his suggestions/opinion, and made me feel very comfortable. I knew he and his staff really cared.
