I attend the Boot Camp in South Austin and it is GREAT! It is a full hour work out.... and unlike the gym and other exercise programs I have tried, it is never boring, keeps me motivated, and produces RESULTS. I have toned up, built strength and endurance in just a few weeks! I would recommend this program to anyone, of any age and fitness level. It will definitely tone you up and trim you down!

Austin Adventure Boot Camp rocks! I am currently attending my fourth month of camp and cannot imagine my life before it. I feel like an entirely different person. When I signed up in January I did not even own a pair of sneakers and I was practically immobile. Now, I am running, jumping, and lunging with the best of them! I have lost over 25 pounds, have shaved over 30 inches from my body, and have improved my one mile run time by over four minutes. Almost every day someone will stop me to tell me how great I look and sometimes I cannot believe how much I have accomplished so quickly with this program. It really, really works. I have been attending the 5:30 AM Southwest boot camp and owe so much of my success to my trainer, Stephanie McDonald. She is incredibly positive and supportive and has taken a genuine interest in each and every one of her campers. Stephanie provides us not only with an intense and ever changing challenging workout every morning but she also gives nutrition tool... Read more

I LOVE Austin Adventure Boot Camp! I've been going since October 2009 and I am addicted! The results are great! The workout is so much better than anything you can get at a gym. My trainer is Paige at the NW location and she is so motivating! I look forward to seeing her at 5:30 in the morning! It's gets your day off to a great start! I feel better throughout the day and have more energy! I cancelled my gym membership and will be an Austin Adventure Boot Camper from now on!

Austin Adventure Boot Camp has been the best thing I've ever done for myself. I'm not a morning person but I've been attending the 5:30am NW class for the last 7 months and the changes have been amazing. I have more energy, better concentration, feel stronger and am sleeping better then I have in 20 years. Oh, and I started boot camp the day after I turned 50! I still have a long way to go to meet my goals but with the help and inspiration of my coach, Paige, I'll be there before I know it.

I love this boot camp! Tim is Awesome and I couldn't have asked for a better trainer! Not only did I get into great shape, could hardly run a half mile to being able to run over 2 miles, I lost 16 pounds over two-8 week sessions. Big plus, they have an evening class, so for anyone like me that enjoys their sleep, you can take a class at 6:30 PM. I am not a great self-motivator, so this class did the trick plus more! This is one of the best decisions I have ever made and can't wait to start up again!!

Care To Share With Friends? Austin Adventure Boot Camp 4425 S Mopac Bldg 2, Suite 300-B Austin, TX 78735 (877) 801-8171 3/16/2010 I started Austin Adventure Boot Camp the month before my wedding, and I am so glad that I did. The instructor, Tim, is so awesome that it really can't be put to words. I get easily frustrated and after a long day of work the last thing I would want to do is workout, but Tim made it to where I actually couldn't wait to go, couldn't wait to get pushed to be my best. I went from a size 6 dress to a 4 in one month with Tim, and for my muscular body, that was very hard to do! I even had comments from the groomsmen about how awesome my arms looked...success! The thing that impresses me the most is that Tim finds a way to challenge every level of fitness appropriately. If anyone is looking for a boot camp, I say you should go with Austin Adventure Boot Camp, you won't regret it!

The work-outs aren't anything more than you can get at your local gym....some are actually easier, and most are less inspiring. The regularity of the work-outs is the best part, but other than that, I don't think it's worth the money.

This camp has changed my life. I have seen great results. I've been in the camp since Oct 2007 and I have not stopped. The trainers are great. They are so motivated to help people. They encourage and push me to always do my best to have a healthy lifestyle. My bestfriend has joined and she is loving it as well. I am so much stronger, faster and healthier. I recommend this camp to everyone!!!

This is the best workout in Austin without question. An excellent value for your money. I am a repeat morning camper and have no plans to stop. I can see and feel the results from the workouts and it's great. If I can wake up and get to the 5:15am camp - you can too. Julie (our instructor) is awesome!

ATX Bootcamp is a great way to work out. I started back in October '06 and I saw such great results I've done seven sessions so far. The trainers are awesome, they are really focused on making sure that everyone (no matter their fitness level) gets a good workout. The people at camp are a great support system and really help me keep focused on my weight loss goals. Two months ago I started on a nutrition plan with ATX and saw dramatic results (13 lbs lost in the first three weeks!) I've tried various gyms, group programs, home videos, even other bootcamps but Austin Adventure Bootcamp has been the best workout program. My fitness level has skyrocketed. I feel stronger, I've lost 54 lbs and my mile time has never been faster!

I am in my fourth session of ATX bootcamp and love it! I did two sessions last summerr and kept up my exercise program until the Jan. cold storms came and then became sedentary. After 4 months of being lazy I realized that summer was approaching with great speed and decided to re-enlist. I am in my fourth week of bootcamp and love the results! I am stronger than before and my timed mile is now under 9 minutes. This is a great program and while it is a little difficult to wake up at 4:30 a.m., I love the fact that my workout is done for the day. Laura is a great motivator who is very sincere and interested in bringing out the best in each individual. I intend to complete at least another two bootcamps before the end of summer!

I thought I was heading in a direction of no return-3 kids later and they have all lost their baby fat and here I am still carrying it. I tried working out on my own, tried taking step/aerobic classes, tried Nutrisystem and nothing was working. The last day of Spring Break I saw the commercial for Austin Adventure Boot Camp and decided to give it a try. I am now on my 3rd session, thanks to Danielle(Bee Caves) who totally encourages me, keeps me motivated and is constantly having to remind me to keep my shoulders back to improve my posture. I have to say in my first session(M-W-F x 4wks) there wasn't necessarily a change in my weight or my measurements but I lost 2.2% body fat and that made a big difference in how I felt physically and emotionally. Please do yourself a favor and come join in on the fun, I promise you feel better about yourself just after 1 full camp!

At the beginning of May I had a dress fitting for my upcoming July wedding. During the fitting it became clear that my attempts to lose weight on my own were not very successful and I needed help rapidly! In a panic I searched online for a boot camp program in Austin and stumbled upon the Austin Adventure Boot Camp website. The next 4 week session was starting the following day at 5:15am. After much deliberation over whether or not I'd be able to get up at 4:45 every morning I signed up. It was the best decision I've ever made in regards to losing weight and getting healthier. It became my challenge to prove that I could make it every day. Getting up was difficult in the beginning, but once I was there I felt so good that I'd made it. At least I could look back after the wedding and say that I'd given my all to get in shape. My greatest personal achievement during the class was succeeding in running a mile without stopping (and doing pushups)! Karen is very motivating and ent... Read more

Up until March, I struggled with how to incorporate exercise in to my very busy schedule. While I went to the gym here and there, I wasn't experiencing the change in my body or mind that I greatly needed. I knew of Austin Adventure Boot Camp and I knew Stephanie (camp owner) from her personal training days. While she'd say "join us, you'll love it" I still shied away thinking it [exercise] was something I could do on my own. WELL, I went to my first bootcamp in mid-March with a group of about 15 others (evening class). We were all at different levels, and I was by far the slowest and most out of shape (I had not realized how out of shape I was). But, Stephanie and the group were encouraging and I blended right in. It took me a few weeks to feel like I would not die -- but for some reason, I kept going. The variety of exercise (cardio and strength training) quickly started paying off. Soon, I switched to the 5:30am schedule (for work purposes) and am happy to say that morning bootcamp i... Read more

Addicting is the best way to describe boot camp with Stephanie! The workout is great! She keeps it interesting and challenging. I love that it is outdoors in the fresh air. It is a GREAT way to start the day. You can't beat gazing at the stars while doing crunches. I also love the comradery and entertaining conversations. The best part is that you get in shape while having fun!

I love Austin Adventure Boot Camp! Stephanie is a fantastic motivator (as are the other instructors)! The class is constantly changing so it's always a challenge...exactly what you hope for in a workout! Adjustments are made for all the different fitness levels. I love the way it's changed my body!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel better and accomplish more in my day when I workout at 530am and I'm not a morning person. really.

Four-week fitness camp for women held at several Austin locations calls for one-hour daily workouts motivated by personal trainers.
