Wed Jul 07 2010I know i keep posting this, but I want everyone to know this. I'm a student cosmetologist. I just wanted to inform everyone with this. do NOT use this brand. It contains the very harsh chemical ALS or SLS. 90% of shampoos contain either ammonium lauryl sulfate or sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS). These sulfates are extremely cheap and very bad/drying to your hair. They can even cause nerve damage and cancer over time (seriously!). They are actually floor cleaner!!!!!! and who wants to put that on your head?! They strip all of the moisture out of your hair and they damage your scalp! This makes your scalp so dry that it can make your sebaceous oil glands over active. I think a lot of shampoo brands just don't care about the health of people and just want to make lots of money by using very cheap ingredients. Sodium laureth sulfate is fine to use though. it is much gentler to your hair and scalp. this is why most professional shampoos only contain this sulfate. Garnier Fructis, Loreal Paris,... Read more

Thu Jun 04 2009When I was a teenager, I used this religiously. It has a pleasant, light, fruity scent and adds volume to normal to oily hair. At an affordable drugstore price, a little bit goes a long way so you don't have to use a ton of product. If you have dry or color-treated hair, go with one of Aussie's more moisturizing formulas instead.

Sat Dec 04 2004Yo this sh*t is bangin! It made my hair soft and left a lot less frizzies the next morning. The bubble gum scent is unusual, but in a good way. Better than pantene, herbal essences, finesse, citre shine, vidal sassoon, suave...i could go on, but what's the point

Sun Feb 15 2004I love the fragrance to this particular shampoo, but I think it tries to hard to be like Paul Mitchell and will never buy it for that reason...

Mon Jun 23 2003This shampoo has changed its formula several times and the whole product line has been bought by Proctor and Gamble. This current shampoo leaves my hair limp and it now has a greasy feeling to it. The Orginal Product that was owned by the Redmonds were very good. Now this product has been made for one thing only ...Profits.
