Ordered a knee brace on 8/24; it's now 9/2 and the last communication I've received from them was on 8/24, informing me that I'd receive another email with shipping information. Since I've heard nothing since then I replied to their email early this morning (it's now after 10pm), as per their instructions, to get an update on my order and have yet to receive a response.

I purchased some yoga straps from Atafa. I had researched lots of other sites, and companies that sell this item, and for some reason they all seemed so over priced. As a yoga teacher who does not make a lot of money, it was important to me to find a good deal on a bulk order of these, so that I could provide my students with the correct tools. When I found the low prices with Atafa I was so excited, I placed my order right away. I was worried that they items would be cheap or of poor quality though, because of the low price, and not seeing them in person. I recently purchased a Go with the flow Turtle Yoga Mat - Blue, 2' x 6' x ¼" from Atafa. This mat is SOOOOOO Slippery I had to spray it down with mat cleaner and it still is slippery!!!! SO now I have a $41.00 mat i can not use.

I ordered a knee pad icer. It was shipped promptly. The ice pad goes in the freezer and inserts into a sleeve, made of good quality material. It looks like it will last. The velcro straps are well made. We like it.

These guys not only had a hard-to-find Saiga scope rail, but they had it for $14 less than the only other place I found it. There was much jubilation! Atafa had just what I was looking for and at an affordable price. It was shipped very securely and came undamaged. The only thing I didn't like was the unability to track the package. You're only allowed to see when the package leaves the warehouse. But I will shop with them again.

I was searching the web for a portable scoreboard for our youth basketball league and found these guys through a Google search. After clicking every link there and going back and forth on websites to see if it was REALLY the same scoreboard other sites were selling I ordered from Atafa. I got the same thing (brand new, not used) for about $100 less and a free carrying bag to go along... It got to me during the mad Christmas rush of mailing in about a week. Like another review said I did not get the confirmation that it had shipped (only that the order had moved from ordered to being processed). I am very pleased with the turn around time for the order especially at Christmas time. And the free bag, isn't some paper thin carrying bag either, good quality stuff which should last us for years to come. NICE JOB.

I ordered my friend two bobble heads about two weeks before Christmas. Most companies I buy stuff from usually send an e-mail confirming your item/s has been shipped. This company however did not. I ended up calling about 5 days before Christmas because I was worried the items hadn't been sent yet; however, when I talked to them I was informed the items were shipped and should arrive shortly; that afternoon the box arrived. The lady on the phone was very professional even though I had a hard time understanding her. Christmas came and my buddy was very happy with the bobble heads. They were very nice and in pristine condition for a very good price.

I ordered two Jaypro basketball rims since they were offered at a great price. The heavy rims did not travel well in the boxes they were packed in and the boxes arrived partially damaged. One rim was missing the mounting hardware. Great price, just not so good packaging.
