Please, learn from my mistake. I used Asure moving (also known as Ace) and I need to explain what a god awful experience I had. Frank hit on me numerous times on the phone during the negotiations, I should have known he and all who work for this company are sleezes. Basically, they gave me a quote which was supposed to include everything. We had a specific time scheduled. They called to ask the day before if they could come earlier. I said unfortunately no because I had subletters and they were not leaving until later in the day. Then, they called the next morning to ask again. OKAY, no. My super called me to tell me the movers were there THREE hours before they were scheduled. I told him to make them wait, as I was not about to kick my subletters out. Then, they tried to bill me for the extra time because of THEIR mistake that was completely unauthorized. Next, they told me it was a 2 man job.
