    The Ashley Apartments on West Pine, St. Louis 63108 This building has the worst management in the CWE. One of the reasons I moved out was because the management was utterly uncaring and unresponsive. The in-house repairman is a disgusting rude man who doesnt get anything done. The appliances are very cheap. I would agree that the building is nice, but I would never let anyone I knew move in there.

    not good, do not recommend. nice building, but you can find alot better in the area.
