The customer service was ridiculous. They charged me over $500 for tape, bubble wrap, and 8 cardboard boxes. When I complained, the manager said they were overpriced and they were making a huge profit (i know, how often do they admit that?) but would do absolutely nothing to reduce the price. She got irritated as the conversation progressed. All this after calling their office every day for a week only to find out that my items had not even been loaded onto a truck to begin being transported. I have been sleeping on a sleeping bag for far too long, and will likely have to pay almost double their estimate to get my furniture back. I would advise anyone thinking about this company to immediately move to a different option. I will never use them again, and they have soured me to moving companies in general.

I called A.S.A.P. Relocations to inquire about moving services. I spoke with one of their reps, Shannon and she provided me with detailed list of how much they charge for a move. The prices were very reasonable compared to the other companies i previously called. Shannon was very helpful in informing me of crucial informations regarding moving. She was never pushy of getting my service but was very patient with me. I finally decided to use their services and booked to schedule a move with them. The day before the actual move, i recieved a courtesy call from their office to verify my move which i thought was very courteous. And on the day of the move the guys came ontime and was ready to haul my things in their truck. They moved fast and was very strong carrying two to three boxes at a time. They blanketed my furnitures and put special protections on all my things that were glass. After loading the truck they followed me to the new address. Thanks to A.S.A.P. Relocations my move from Santa Barbara to San Jose is finished. They made this moving so easy and painless that i would do it over and over again if i have to. I've had moved in the past and i dont even want to think about it. It was just plain horrible. Now i know who to call if i ever have to relocate again and that would be A.S.A.P.

Moving from San Leandro to Fremont has been such an easy move that i must thank ASAP for it. They arranged for 4 guys to come out and do the job for $100 per hour. The guys were great from start to finish. They put alot of work into the move by putting additional protection to make sure the items make it at destination in the same way and they handled my items very delicately. The forman was amazing! He made sure that the guys were working hard, so is he, and made sure they were on time with the delivery. They were very nice, honest and super strong. I know moving is suppose to be hard and stressful but the guys managed to make it fun and painless. I highly recommend them.

Growing up i never understood why my parents had such a problem whenever we'd move. Now that im older i have a great appreciation of what they went through. I cant believe how much of a headache it is moving, especially when you have no help from anyone. I moved from San Diego to San Jose for school and now that im transferring i have to go back. I had help from my parents the first time i moved but since their all the way in southern Ca i didnt want to make it a hassel for them to drive up to San Jose and back again. So thats when ASAP came in the picture. I had them move me from San Jose to San Diego. The movers we're very helpful and curteous. And the people at the office were all kind. I never felt worried or concerned while my things were in transit. When my things finally came, the driver re-assembled my furnitures and i was surprised to see that there was nothing broken not even a scratch on my things.This experience made my dad proud of me.

I highly recommend ASAP to anyone who's badly in need of help to move. I was recently going through a really horrible divorce and needed to move. I didnt have anyone to help so i called ASAP to schedule a move with them. Since i could only get my things when he wasnt there, the scheduling became very difficult. Fortunately, ASAP was able to accomodate me in this situation. They came on the dot, the time that i needed them to be there. We had roughly only four hrs to get everything loaded in the truck and leave. The mover were great! They understood me and worked really hard to make sure that we were gone before my exhusband came home. I was very surprised to find that the crew managed to pack everything up and loaded in the truck in only three hours. We arrive at my new place and finished unloading the truck in only about an hour. Im really glad i called ASAP first, i wouldnt have known what might of happened if i called someone else.

.... did a really good job moving my goods from Union City Ca to Vallejo Ca. The people who i spoke with was very helpful and answered all of my concerns. The movers who moved my things was very quick and worked very hard. Im glad i went with asap they are professionals when it comes to moving.

They definitely did an awesome job! I was moving out from a 3 bedroom college house and into a 2 bedroom condo. My roommates and i tried to move it ourselves but after days of figuring out where to start we decided we needed professional help. My roommates and i called different companies to see which one offered the lowest price. We had dozens after dozens of calls and finally when ASAP called and gave us their price we settled with them. The person who was organizing our move was very helpful. Since my roommates and i was going on seperate destinations the rep was able to make the move happen in the same day but different destinations. He was helpful throughout the entire process and managed to answer all of our questions. Now thats great customer service practice. On the day of the move the guys came and went straight to work. Very impressed by level of customer service and professionalism. They really know how to give great service and not take advntage of customers. I was a victim of a bad move 4years ago and have always had a bad outlook on movers. Four years i moved in to my place i needed to move again. I had more things when i initially moved here 4yrs ago. I knew i was going to need help. I asked my family memebers but no one was available the day when i needed to move. Fortuntately, a friend of mine had recommended ASAP Relocations. I was more than a little skeptic because of my previous move. But she told me that her move went very well and they didnt do her wrong. Desperate, i took my friends recommendation and booked with ASAP. The rep i spoke to re-assured me that they were not going to do what had happened to me back then. ASAP Relocations moved me about two weeks ago and I cant thank them enough. The person i spoke with was excellent. He was able to help me coordinate my move and work with my budget. He quoted me 2 guys for $75/hr for a minimum of three hours. I had a smalll studio apartment and was going to upgrade into a one bedroom apartment so i didnt have that many things to begin with. On the day of the move the 2 bulky guys arrived on time and was ready to work. They were polite, efficient and timely. They worked really hard and was moving very fast. They finished loading the truck in 1.5hr then we headed off to the new place and they started unloading the truck. With a double drive time of 35min and unloading of 40min they even had time to help me arranged some my furniture which was just the bed and my armiore. Horrible experience. This is the worst scam I have come across. I made the mistake to hire them and was another victim. I found out they have a F rating with the Better Business placeThey have many complaints with the PUC. I see all of these bad reviews on the net and it amazes me. Any of the positive reviews must be done by the owner and his employees. They raised the price of my move over 300% of our contract. I also found out they are related with Champion Movers, Stevens Moving, and Better Way To Move. I know there are other crooks. Just beware and looks elsewhere.

I recently used ASAP Relocations services to move my things from a Pod to my new 1 bedroom apt. I was extremely impressed by how the company coordinated my move. The representative who helped schedule my move was very knowledgeable of their services which helped alot considering im a first time mover. The movers the day of the move were simply wonderful for. They were super helpful and made sure i didnt do a thing and i didnt. They were strong, fast workers who managed their time efficiently . After 4hours (including drive time) my move was complete. The final bill came under my estimate and i had extra to tip the hard workers. Thanks to ASAP my move is complete.

I could not believe how much money i saved with ASAP Relocations. I have moved several times in the past and have spent so much money on movers and swore i woulndnt use movers ever again. Unfortunately, i had to move again, this time i had to be wise. I came across ASAP Relocations, while looking for movers near my location and turned our ASAP Relocations was in the same city i was. I called to get a quote and told them that i was going to call back and i think they knew that i was gonna be calling other companies. So they immediately informed me that if i find another company that is lower than the estimate they gave me that they will beat the quote. After getting off the phone with on of the people there i started calling out other companies to see if i could find a lower mover, I DIDNT!!! So i call them back and we started the booking process. I recently oversaw a move of a few items of furniture from one Manhattan office to another. Although it was not a big job, it was a complicated due to the two buildings involved having disjunct hours of access. The final approval also had to be held off until the last minute so we were not able to give much advance notice. Not only did the rep give me the best price, he went out of his way to accomodate our special needs. His crew was on time, efficient and pleasant to work with and and also went beyond the call of duty to help us out. I couldn't rate them more highly and will use them for all future moving projects.

I had a great experience working with ASAP Relocations. They sent over four men and all of them were nice, polite, and highly professional. The fear of working with an hourly rate is of course that the labor will dawdle, but this was not the case at all. They were quick and efficient from start to finish. The price was right too. I had other companies give me an estimate and offer me a flat rate, but that flatr rate ended up being $250 more than what I ultimately paid Intregrity. I am so glad I went with them. I highly recommend working with them. At the end of the day, I had absolutely no complaints. The guys even finished the job two hours earlier than I expected.

I am COMPLETELY thrilled and glad that I chose these movers. I have never hired a moving company before, and they made my transition seamless. ASAP's crew was excellent. they were on time, they were friendly and personable. What I appreciated was how efficient they were. They didn't try to drag time out, they didn't try to use extra supplies to charge me. They worked constantly!! We laughed and chatted but they never stopped doing their job. There were a few odd ends that I had loose and they made no big deal about it. Marvin came in and did the paper work with my estimate and said what he thought was the best deal they could get me for my budget and time. The movers cleared my place all while making me laugh. Small talk made this day so much less of a chore for me. The move was a complete success!! I will never move without hiring movers. AND I will be sure to hire this specific crew.

I had a really bad experience with these movers. It's not only me, you can find several other stories on Yelp. Check other review sites before making any decision. Don't be a fool with the positive reviews on this site. These people have put fake reviews here just to increase the number of stars.

I was initialy disappointed with the late arrival of the movers. However, quality of service overrode my disappointment . Alex and the team were superb!!

Highly recommended--I will definitely use them again the next time I move. Super nice guys & made my move so quick and easy!! The movers are athletes so they're fast as lightning and upbeat. They made my moving stress-free!!

WOW!!! I cannot believe this company. Right when i found out that my lease was coming to an end, i had to act smart and fast. I knew how stressful moving can be so i decided to hire movers. I had alot of call the day i inquired for movers. My friend had adviced me to make sure i talk with as many moving companies i can b/c some of them can beat other companies. All but A.S.A.P. was the only one that offered me a low quote and they even tried to beat any quotes that i had gotten. The representative was very helpful during the time i was booking the move. She gave me advice on how to pack my things and how to manage the time right when the movers come. And on the day of the move, Everything couldnt have gone as more smoothly as how my move went. The movers came, they moved and they finished right around the estimate i was quoted. If i ever have to move again or my family i wouldnt think twice but to hire this company. Thank you!

The whole move took about 6 hours, which was under their general timeframe they gave (possibly 8 hours). The movers walked in, went to work, and didn't stop until all our stuff was unloaded. Super efficient moving company, there was no BS or any extra charges, everyone from the foreman to the lady on the phone was great to deal with any questions we had. All in all, I'd definitely recommend, and definitely not hesitate to book with them again. Top shelf operation here.

I recently did a move from Modesto to Napa by ASAP Relocations, a couple of weeks ago. I was having a horrible time making sure that i packed all my belongings before my lease was up, which was a few days. I had done half of my packing when i decided i needed help... I called several companies that could do my move and my packing too, but they were out of my reach... But when i spoke to the ppl at ASAP Relocations they were the best quote i had gotten. So i had them do my move. I was very impressed by them... they got here at 9am started packing my things and loaded it in the truck. The truck was up n going only after 3.5hrs, considering all the things i had... i got to my new place after 2.5hrs of drive and 1hr to unload my things... Thanks to ASAP i saved myself a headache. The team at ASAP Relocations are very professional, curteous and i would definitely use them again... . . .

AWFUL. They arrived 3 hours late for the scheduled 'window' of my move. I called and called their phone# and only got through once. I asked them to find another team to move me and they said they would call me back....and never did. When my movers finally showed up, they tried to charge me for an extra guy they just happened to bring along and told them I would not pay for that at all, they were late, they have to deal with that. Luckily, I paid for only 2 men and got 3 to move me, they also took out the cost of tape (yea, it costs a lot) and took time off of the drive time. I finally got moved into my new place at 1030pm....yea, it sucked. Never ever use this company. They are terrible.

I felt like total RIP OFF! I had a really bad experience with these company. I scheduled a move early in the morning at 8:30 and they didn't showed up till 12:00. The guys showed up at 12:30 and started moving, one guys started showing lots of paper work and other two started moving stuffs to the truck. He put me in a situation that I could not read all the papers and I just had to sign where he asked me to do so. In one of the papers he mentioned prices of all the moving materials. In this chaotic circumstances I could not check it properly. Everything was going well and as per my earlier conversation with the agent from the company I was expecting a total amount of $87 multiplied with X number of hours and some extra bucks for tax and moving material. So in total I was expecting around $450. But to my surprise I was asked to pay $1050 for my stuffs to be moved to the storage. I lived under nightmares for a month, this was not over. I used ASAP for my move from CA to KY and for storage during the interim period. They picked up three days late resulting in additional storage fees at the pick-up location. They overcharged me $750.00 for storage fees that were paid claiming "accounting problems". When proof of payment was presented, they owed me $750 . They then added not only $750 worth of "administrative" fees but added another $80 to the balance and held my move hostage until I paid $80. The total overcharge was $830. I paid it to get my belongings. They arrived three weeks late (apparantely their drivers cannot drive through winter conditions). The driver was sub-contracted and arrived with no inventory list for me to check in my stored items. Then I was promised a 9AM delivery but they didn't show up until 6PM and the driver was alone. He unloaded for 2 hours then left to return again the next day with two other helpers. I lost wages for the second day off from work. I have filed a claim for damages ... Read more

where do I start!?! First, The pcik up people were 4 hours late!!!! They said they would be there between 8 and 12, They didnt get there untill 4! The guys that picked up had very heavy accents and didnt explain pick up and drop off clearly. Now... they picked up on August 8th.... it is now September 1st. I still have NOTHING. They have not called me once. Every time I found out information I had to call them. When I asked why they didnt call me they said because it happened after hours the day before. 4 days ago I called to see where the truck was and she said she would call me back when the truck driver called her. I still havent heard anything. oh and everytime i got off the phone with them they were sure to tell me my balance. Dont waste your time or money with this company. save yourself time and energey and use a company thats a little more expensive. It would be worth it. I see ABF trucks EVERYWHERE. Im sure they get everywhere on time!

My experience with this company was great. The movers I got were so nice and hard working especially the young russian guy. They packed everything very neatly and did a wonderful job. They were the ones who offered the best rates. Best moving expirienece so far....satisfied customer

I had just been offered a job at NY and i needed to move from cupertino to NY ~ASAP~ so i went and looked through the internet and came accross ~ASAP RELOCATIONS~ and thank goodness i did. Although they had several bad reviews, i went ahead and proceeded with them. I spoke to one of the sales Representatives and had given me an estimate that i was right around my budget. On the day of the move i was ASTONISHED!!! Not only did they make sure to properly wrap my belongings but the movers did such a wonderful job with my move. After arriving to NY, i had recieved a phone call from the driver informing me that my property was 16hrs away, 2 1/2 weeks from the time they did my move. Which gave me plenty of time to settle in the city I LUV.. ~ASAP RELOCATIONS~ service is definitely recommendable wether it be local or long distance!!!!

I was so desperate in getting my stuff moved and all of the other moving companies i've called we're giving me such a high rate... Until i spoke with one of the representatives at ASAP Relocations!!! They gave me a quote that was right around the price that i could afford. They worked with me from the very beginning until the very end. The staff that helped me moved we're very kind and considerate. They are all very hard workers and made sure that they satisfy their customers...
