At first discussion with Jean Smith she let me know there was an 8 hour minimum for services. I asked her what her going rate was, she said it was 110 an hour. I asked her if she had a military discount, she said I could pay her 95 an hour. Then she added the "materials/taxes" fees, and said it would be a flat $1000. Cash only accepted. When I questioned her about the amount of materials I would require, she simply stated that "her boss" wouldn't go less than $1000". I agreed to pay this amount only. I was expected to pay up-front as well, and obliged. The movers themselves did a WONDERFUL Job, However, they forgot 2 boxes, had to come back, then got stuck in traffic for an hour. Jean called and informed me that I would be charged an additional hour "$95" I disputed the cost due to the circumstance and she began to scream at me, then hung up on me. The company was able to provide us with a 3 man crew the same day that we called. The movers were kind, curteous and professional. They took great pride in their work and were very careful with our items and our new home. We would definitely use this company again! Very good service. It was easy to schedule a next day move. I work 9 -5 and they made it very convenient for me to schedule the move after work aslo. Whole process was hassle free. Movers were very quick and efficient and friendly too. Customer service was great. First time using this company and I would definitely use them again.

I called at the last minute hoping to get a quick move, well you were able to fit me in. You came ready to move my family and I. You were careful and didn't broke anything. I'm so thankful that you all were able to come on short notice, as you knowI had to be out of my old apt by 4pm. I have never believed in calling movers before, I use to do it myself with my family. OMG, you were more than what I exspected. I had bad experiences with moving companies in the past so I was a lot iffy able using a moving company. When I first talked to you, your customer service was friendly. I was also happy you were able to work around my crazy schedule. I so appreciate you performing and functioning in the best possible manner with the least waste of time and effort. I'm so greatful for that. I needed that stress free move, Thanks again!
