    To me, Armis is the new Chess. It's an extremely high-strategy board game that is actually cute and fun in addition to being challenging; in short its cool. Unlike chess Armis moves very fast and ends quickly. I played about 5 times, one game lasted about 40 mins but the rest were much faster. The 'Player's Handbook' that comes with the game is a boring read, don't bother with it, just get someone who knows how to play to teach you how to play. I basically learned how to play from a friend who learned about the game on youtube. Like many other war-type games the object is to capture your opponents Flag. Each Country is allocated 18 player pieces (2 Marines, and one of each of the following: Flag, President, Vice President, Army, Aircraft Carrier, Submarine, Jet, Helicopter, Coast Guard, Reserve, Religion, Media, Child, Diplomat, and Nuke).
