Arizona Discount Movers

I used Arizona Discount Movers of Phoenix at the first of February of this year and I was very pleased with their service. very polite, on time, and knew what they were doing.. I had some unusual items to move and they handled it with complete professionalism.

MEN WERE RIGHT ON TIME: WORKED *8*HOURS :STRAIGHT THRU UNTIL THEY FINISHED< BEST MOVING CO. I HIRED> LOT OF FURNITURE AND THEY WRAPPED ALL THE DRESSERS: MATTRESS PADS WERE PROTECTED:AND WARDROBE BOXES WERE SUPPLIED: YES: WHEN MY DAUGHTER MOVES AGAIN: OR ME: I WILL CERTAINLY HIRE THEM .

I just wanted to share my experience with AZ Discount Movers a few weeks ago. I was a little nervous going with professional movers, but when I could not get the manpower I needed to do the move on my own and when they quoted a very reasonable price, I decided that I had to give it a try. The movers contacted me approximately a half hour before they arrived. When they arrived, we just gave them instructions on what to take and they just wrapped everything up and packed it up so quickly. I also appreciated the little precautions they took with using a door jamb wrap to prevent dings on the furniture. The movers were professional, very polite and understanding, which I'm sure was a challenge with two older women bustling about telling them what to do and changing their minds frequently. All in all, I would probably use these guys again because I was very satisfied with their work!

I wanted to take a moment & share my recent experience with this company. I am a single mother with 16 month old twins & needed to move suddenly. I was very nervous & explained my situation when the crew arrived. They went above & beyond my expectations to accomidate my needs. In this day & age it's hard to find people that care about their jobs, let alone individual customers. I want to thank everyone @ Arizona Discount Movers from the bottom of my heart.

I moved with this company and i am very glad i did. First i called and got a great price on a short notice,then they did my move a couple days later on a vey short notice.I was very surprised that they still gave me a great price even though i was giving them such a short notice. When they arrived they were very good at packing my things and moving it from my home to the truck.Even in this really hot weather they did a wonderful job. This moving company is fantastic at what they do and they are family owned, and thats why i think they are a company who has been here very long time. In my opion will still be around a very long time to come. I AM GLAD I CALLED THEM !!!!!

First of all i dont usually write reviews. If i had a bad service or whatever i just want it to end or be over with it. In this case though i had to make a comment !!. I moved with Arizona Discount Movers in April. I was so pleased with all the sevices from the phone call to my whole move. I called and they set me up that same week,with a great low price. When the movers arrived they were very fast and great at moving my things from upstairs to the truck. I have moved with oter moving companies and was not happy. So i was a little hesitant to call a moving company, but iam glad i did. I highly recommend them, I was very happy with that company. This company impresed me with thier perfect customer service. Thier guys awed us with thier skills and caution with our belogings. They were fast and gave us a perfect move. They moved us out and set up our things exactley where we wanted them, all the boxes were stacked in the right rooms and they even closed the garage door when they left. I used Arizona Discount Movers to move my Grandmother from her home into a retirement community, She is extremely picky in her old age. I wanted this to be a good experience for her this was an exteme transition for her. I wanted everything to go smoothly. So when I chose this moving company I was looking for a reasonable price, as well as an established reputation. I got both with this company. This company I did some research on, and found they have been around for a long time. I wanted to hire a family owned and operated company. I am glad I hired Az Discount Movers. The movers did a awesome job. They showed up at my door, went over everything with me, were very professional, and courteous. I was very happy by the end of the day, I was moved into my new home, without me having to a do anything, but left it up to the movers. They even put my beds together. I would use their services again.

This is in response to the false review written by " Larry Jones from the great company to the north with a similer name". We do not hire "convict labor" or charge "$200.00 in extras" as stated. The person who wrote that bad review was a terminated employee who started arizona budget movers, they have only 1 beat up U-haul truck, works out of his house, and has no ties to the comunity. Since 1978 I have seen hundreds of fly by night companies come and go and Im sure arizona bugdget movers will be yet another one. DO NOT RECOMMEND: quoted one price, but once arrrived they tried to add on extra charges such as walking distance from door-truck (extra $20), upstairs (another $40), wrapping (extra $20), weekend rate of min 3 hr plus 1 hr truck when originally said 2hr plus 1 for truck. Never once did these extra charges get mentioned while making reservation. Even tried to make pay for another hour ($70) before releasing last 2 pieces of furniture. I had to call office TWICE to settle issue with manager. On good note, the actual movers were hard working guys who unfortunately were caught between mgmt and customer. They did their JOB and were courteous...thanks for their hard work!

I recommend this company. I am a user of moving companies. Since I cannot move myself, I am a single mom who works long hours. I have used companies in the past which some worked out. Others let's say I regret using their services. So when it comes to using moving companies I try to be wise. When I called Arizona Discount Movers, my experience was pleasent from the start. I booked a job with Larry who explained everything to me in detail, and was also helpful in delivering boxes to my home. So I would not have to scramble all around town. I was extremely happy when my moving experience with this company,everything went extremely smooth. I was left at the end of my moving day feeling very relieved and happy with their services. I would recommend this company for those who want proffessionals moving their furniture.

I moved with these guys two months ago by mistake, they have a smilar name to a great company in North Phoenix. They sent out movers who were intimidating, had filthy language, and charged us $200 in "extras" that we were not told ablout. When we called the office to ask what was going on, a guy named Mike told us to pay or he would take our furniture and then told us to f---k off!! We had no chice but to pay for crazy extra charges called "handling" and not explained. The movers looke liked convicts, and acted like they were on dope. Dont use these guys!!!
