When I called, I was impressed by the kind professional manner of the owner. He explained everything, answered all my questions, and when the movers came, it was exactly the way it was explained. They were careful with all my art, my Baby grand Piano, and my pool table. they padded everything, protected the new floors, and put everything together. Men were in uniforms, truck was new and clean and they had GPS tracking and directions so not only did they know where they were going, their boss could track them step by step. Very modern and up to date. Got reccomended to them by a large retirement community director in Tempe were they have been working for years with them.

I hired this mover to move a baby grand piano and household possessions in the spring of 2008 into a house that I was remodeling. I had the mover first move the piano and household items into the house one month (because I needed to move out of my existing home) and then I had them come back approximately 6 weeks later to move more items into the house and set up the piano. When they moved the items the first month they came out no problems occurred. When they come back I did encounter significant problems that still haven't been resolved. First, in setting up the piano, the movers tried to roll the piano on its steel wheels across a new wood floor. This really damaged the floor as it has track marks running across the floor. The movers also couldn't locate the hardware that was needed to put the piano back together. The movers response was that they put the hardware somewhere in the living room where they put the piano parts. Typically, professional movers will tape hardware parts t... Read more

I highly recommend Az. Budget Movers. We've hired them 6 or more times during the past years, and I'm about to hire them again today. In my opinion, Az. Budget Movers is the honest and reputable moving service that is comparable in price with other moving services, but incredibly quick. Az. Budget Movers perform the "move" for the residential or company client who wants things done properly and on time.

Unbelievable! Because my job entails setting up new stores throughout the entire phoenix valley, we move from apartment to apartment....and quite often. We were strongly recommended by a friend to use a moving company with 28 years experience (600,000+ moves) who's name sounds close to AZ Budget Movers. My wife promptly booked our move two weeks before the date and followed up with a call to confirm two days before the move. This is where it gets unbeleavable...referring back to the phonebook, my wife mistakenly called Arizona Budget Movers (ABM) to confirm. After our address and phone numbers were confirmed, my wife was slightly puzzled when she was asked to move the arrival time up two hours to 7 AM. On the day of the move the movers arrived in an unwashed, older unmarked truck and quietly and recklessly rushed our possesions onto the truck. They scratched the door of the appartment and dropped one of our stereo speakers to the ground right in front of us. Our protests were futile s... Read more

Everyone from Jamie the office girl to Ron and Tim the movers, my move went off without a hitch. My parents had to be relocated to a retirement home. They had been in their home for over 30 years so that ment a ton of stuff that they couldn't take with them . I explained that to Jamie she in turn explained it to Ron and Tim who made the move as painless for them ( my parents) as possible, The stuff that we couldn't take with them was seperated to go to Goodwlill. Ron and Tim came in loaded everything took it to the new place unloaded then went back and loaded the rest of the stuff for Goodwill. They were effecient , kind and very understanding. Thank you Arizona Budget Movers. I will be using you in the future.. You guys were awsome.

So the problemt was how do we get everything to our new house wthout going broke.. The solution was Arizona Budget Movers. I had called a couple of moving complanies and explained the whole deal. But thre were so many charges that my head started to swim. Then I called Arizona Budget Movers and explained my situation to Jamie. She inturn told me there would be nothing to worry about and explained , in detail, how the companyt worked, charges and so forth. I liked what she had to say and decdied to book with them. Howeve a day before moving the closing of the house got pushed back a week. I called Jamie and asked her what it would take to reschedule. She took care of it got me a new date and when the movers showed up everything went off without a hitch. Not only were they fast and profecsional they were kind and ... Read more

I had several items to be moved and not alot of time to move them in. I had a sub zero fridge and a gun case and several priceless antiques that I needed to store while my house was being built. So not only did I need to find movers, I also needed to find temporary storage. I had tried several places but noone offered both moving and storage at a competitive price. I was worried about damage that may have been done to the antiques so of course I was looking for a company that was licensed, bonded and insured. I was amazed at the number of companies that are not. I called #5 on my list. Arizona Budget Movers. The lady that answered the phone, Jamie, was way cool and immediately understood my needs. I needed everything in storage like yesterday. She worked some kind of magic and had a crew out to my old house at 8 am the next morning as promised. I explained to the movers about the heavy stuff and the pricless antiques but they already knew about them. Ron and Tim (the movers)... Read more

I am a disabled woman and have a hard time moving around. I recently found out that I had to move back home (Ohio) because of my ill mom. I didn't know how to begin or even where to begin. The first moving company I called was Arizona Budget Movers and explained that I was going to need help packing and moving my things so far away. I have never hired a moving company before so I told the girl that I would get a few more quotes. She was sweet and completley understood. I called 3 more places and by far Arizona Budget Movers had the best price. The girl (Jamie) was very patient and explained how things would happen. Day one pack and load and day two begin the long journey to Ohio. I had planned on being out there a few days before my stuff was to arrive. I knew that they were going to run into bad weather as I did on my way out. They called me everyso often so as to keep me up to date on where they were. When they arrived they were tired from the long journey but wanted to ... Read more

I recently bought some expensive pieces of art and needed it moved to my home in CA. I called around to a few places and wasn't impressed with the answers to my questions. One of my biggest concerns was if the company that I hired had enough insurance to cover if anything happend to my art. Most of the people that I talked to didn't have the answers I was seeking. I called Arizona Budget Movers, (found them on the web), and began bombarding them with a bunch of questions. All of them answered to my satisfaction. At that point I was ready to hire them but they hadn't talked to the boss yet (my wife). Once she was on the phone with them, she was on there for along time with a thousand and one questions. She was still very leary about someone moving that expenisive so far away, but she liked what they had to say over the phone. The day came for the move, the movers were on time and explained everything that was to happen in detail. They crated my paintings and boxed my sculpture... Read more

When my grandmother passed, I inherited her grand piano. I grew up to her playing it all the time so naturally I wanted it in my house as soon as possible. The problem I was facing though, was finding qualified movers to make that happen. I called several companies and got several quotes. Ranging from very cheap to very expensive. I didn't care what it was to cost me to move it as the sentimental value was far greater than anything I could pay. What I found lacking in most cases was common courtesy and the willingness to answer my questions. Of course I had what seemed like a zillion questions and the one company that answered them all was Arizona Budget Movers. Everyone from the lady who answered my call, to the movers who moved the piano, to the owner himself, couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Not only were they able to move the piano on short notice, they didn't charge me an arm and a leg to do so. Steve and Ron (the movers) were on time, and kind and courteous. The... Read more

I called several moving companies to get a quote. Arizona Budget Movers was by far the cheapest but that didn't mean they were the best. After several phone conversations and a million questions that I had, I set up my move with them. Everyone was very helpful, from the office staff to the movers themselves. I now know that cheap can mean the best. They disassembled and reassembled everything. They put boxes in the right place, they were fast and courteous. If ever I have to move again it will be Arizona Budget Movers that I use. I would most definatly recommend them and in fact I have and will continue to do so.

Along with residential and commercial moves, this moving company can transport spas, pianos and billiard tables with care.

Moved with AZBM again, did a great job. have a new large glass table, they handled it at no extra charge, and no problems. Also move a three slate pool table and set it up perfectly. They were quick, and the price was just great with no xtra charges.
