Great place to hang out with your friends and play the hottest new games on the next generation consoles. Have a party or fundraiser. Great atmosphere, really gets you in a 'gaming' mood!

Every year, I always have my b-day party at a club or a lounge bar, I decided this year to make it different. After reading rave reviews for Arena Interactive Lounge, I decided to have my party here instead, and I'm glad I did. Because I had a lot of guests (between 80-100), I talked to Ron (manager/owner) and was able to set up a private party. Ron is one of the coolest managers around, he was able to accomodate our large group. I even brought my own music so the people could rock out while playing video games or just mingling. My guests kept telling me it was a great idea, people loved playing Guitar Hero 2 and Dance Dance Revolution. People were amazed that they had a great selection of games, including classic games like Super Mario Bros. This place normally closes at 12, but Ron let us stay until 1am...the people who work there are really nice and helpful, they even provided instructions on how to play some of the newer games and they set up any game that you want to play. Kudos t... Read more

The Arena Interactive Lounge is a fantastic place to spend an evening with friends. They have all the newest games on some of the best audio/video equipment you will ever see. Rong the proprietor knows how to make you feel welcomed. Its not your usual night spot. The one ups the competition in every aspect. Also if you want to throw a party for kids Rong is your man. He specializes in making sure your child has a good time. Rong just has a soft spot for kids. Ask Rong about an "All Games" themed party. Your child and his or her friends is guaranteed to have an experience they will never forget.

I go to the Arena Interactive Lounge almost everyday to a talk radio show (All Games Interactive), and that's not the only reason I go. Arena is the coolest place to hang you. 50" DLP HDTVs, 8 ft couches, with built in subwoofers, for that tingly feeling, and almost every game you can think of. The employees are very friendly, and are not afraid to help you. They also sell snacks and drinks (I recommend trying an AtomicX while your there), but if Candy dosen't satisfy you, then there are lots of restaurants in mere walking distance, with great food. Arena is also in a great location, four blocks west from the 405, with a great view. Only thing not so great is that there's a two hour parking limit till 6:00 PM, but after that it's free. Arena is a great place to play some games, hang out with your friends, and meet some new ones. If you are ever in the West LA area, or even anywhere in LA, you have to go and check out Arena, because when you go there once, you'll wanna keep coming back

Needed somewhere to chill, this is the place. Relaxing yet out of this world excitement. I can stay for hours at a time, Even grab some food and drinks while I am there. Couches have subwoofers built in, TV's were huge and crystal clear. Was able to preview games before I bought them. Great place to hang out. Great prices and even better with the prepaid card. Check this place out.

Ok. . . Arena gives you a completely different gamein' experience. you sit down and are completely surrounded by the game. For a good time bring everyone you know fill a few Screens set up a good old fasion Halo 1 game if your not into that anything is good. but there is no exitement that can match that of Arena's sub woofers in the couches and the huge screens. you can get completely lost in there and its not at all a bad thing.

Every time I go to LA I try to take some time to play at The Arena, because there is no place like it in the country. The decor rocks, the couches are comfortable and cool (speakers in the best places for optimal listening pleasure), the game and snack selections are awesome. The available space is huge - great for parties, and it is also one of the few places you can play console games with a ton of friends! Go and you won't regret it!

I like gaming here because they have a large variety of games--which is important if you have a girlfriend who doesn't particularly enjoy 2 hours of intense SLAYER on HALO 3. At Arena lounge she can easily move over to the next couch and play her favorite Super Mario game from the good old Nintendo days, or that new guitar game that isn't too exciting to us guys but chicks have a blast. It usually feels like "PULLING TEETH" when I ask my girl to join me at ANY game parlor but I spent many hours here with her and she had a blast too. Ohh, and the Surround Sound thats built into each COUCH IS PRETTTY COOL! But no alcohol yet, wasssup with that?

So i went to the Arena Lounge the other night and had a BLAST. I have always been a fan of video games. I went inside and the first thing I saw were these huge flat screen TV's and video game boxes everywhere. I asked the owner (who is super-cool) if I could play some Dance Dance Revolution. The sound coming out of these speakers he had were awsome! It felt like being in a dance club but without any drunk guys pawing all over you while you're trying to dance:) It was a nice setting with low lighting so there wasn't any glare on the TV's while you were playing. So i ended up playing for like 30 minutes and was surprised at how affordable it was. i felt very safe walking back to my car because the area is really nice and will definatly be back.

We wanted the b-day party to start at 10:00pm, they agreed, and even let us stay till 1:00am (at no extra charge) because we got there a half hour late. They set up everything for us, plates, forks, cups, sodas, snacks, and an ice cream cake was all included in the price. We are all tired of the same old thing every party, bowling and pizza, movie and pizza, etc. etc. it is very refreshing to see people think out of the box and provide a fun place for an adult to throw a party, and still feel like an adult but have fun like a kid.

I have been coming to Arena since it opened, and I love it. I've thrown two huge parties there, with food and booze, and they were both amazing successes. Neither party would have been so good if not for the great staff. I had people there of all ages and gaming experience, both guys and girls, and everyone had a good time. It's hard to say what's best about this place. I'm a fan of gaming, but not enough to buy a system, so this place is perfect for me. They have an awesome selection, and the price is dirt-cheap. I have no idea how they do it, I just want them to keep doing it. PS. The ladies LOVE "Dance, Dance, Revolution". I can bear witness. If you've never heard of it, you actually dance in order to play the game.

I spent 3 hours gaming at this modern marvel last Saturday night and I had a great time. I was there for a friend's birthday party, and I look forward to going back. The place was comfortable and very accomodating. We were able to bring in our own food and beverages.

There's a certain outsider vibe that's associated with video games and PC cafe type places that the Arena has been able to avoid. It's open and has a very social aspect to it. It's no thing to find a big screen TV with Guitar Hero or DDR ready to go (if you don't know what those two games are just go there and I promise you won't be dissappointed). Even if I go alone people are willing to play a game multiplayer at all times. Only down shot is that they don't have any food or alchohol on location. They do have snacks and beverages and the owner is pretty cool about you bringing stuff in with you. I would recommend this place for anything, bring a date, wheter you're a hardcore gamer or have never picked up a controller you'll have a good time at the Arena Interactive Lounge.

This place is highly recommended! A unique and affordable alternative to the LA bar/club scene. Comfy couches, big screen tvs, and just about any video game for any system. I had a party for about 15 people and it was great. The owner Ron is super-accomodating and even let us bring our own food/alcoholic beverages. Did I mention the Arena Lounge has a liquor license? Don't expect to pick up any chicks at this place, more of a guys night out atmosphere. Try Guitar Hero if you get a chance, I guarantee you'll be hooked!

In Short This 3,000-square-foot lounge features 15 video game stations based around custom-made sofas with embedded sound systems and 50-inch HDTV's. Bringing together a stylish ambiance and a friendly environment, it draws an assorted crowd of electronics aficionados. The spacious and comfortable interactive scene offers everything from old-school Pac Man and Defender to more recent releases like Halo 2, as well as a variety of game systems that range from original Nintendo to Play Station 2.

We were looking for something original to do for a party and we cam across thsi place almost by accident. It is a hidden gem of a place, they let you bring in your own food, drink and cake and they have a private floor to make sure no one bugs you during your party. The place is nice and clean, and they even arranged the food for us. Great place and no complaints.

I feel like someone should be real, this place is pretty cool, the design is awesome and so are the couches but the service sucked. My little brother is treated horribly every time, and this place isn't exactly a club as it's listed I think that is decieving. I know of another place in LA that has some better prices than this place. Not bad though, its a good time if you like mediocre customer service.

It's so cool to finally have something DIFFERENT to do in this city. You see places to lounge and play video games on COUCHES on tv shows but i haven't found anything like that til now. Arena's an awesome place to go to and finally hang with friends somewhere comfortable, fun and DIFFERENT for once. I also wish they had more of a food/drink selection, but seriously who cares if you can bring your own stuff including alcohol, it's all good!!!

What a great idea, at first you think that you could only play for a little (I am not a "gamer"), but then once you get started you realize two hours have gone by. It is a really chill type of place that is great for your buddies or for a date. They were telling me that you can bring your own alcohol, but they can't sell it, how awesome is that? The food selection sux but I saw people in there with outside food so I guess they allow it. Best deal in town for sure for two hours, you can even play Ataris, and Nintendos just like when you were a kid. Second floor location so look up or you'll miss it. PS the sofas really rock

The first thing you notice is the huge TVs and then when you sit on the sofas, be careful they rumble, it's a real kick. Two people could play for less than a movie for two hours, imagine Mario on a 50" tv (brings back childhood memories). My girlfriend who is not a gamer had a great time, it has the look and feel of a club. Highly recommend the place. And they have all the games for sale, if you buy one you don't have to pay for your game time.
