    I purchased a full sole support from the new Archatomics. I am very happy with the service from Dr. Jeffries. He did supply me with his phone # to call if I had any issues. Also, I emailed him with a description of my foot issues, and he responded in a professional manner with excellent information. I purchased the full foot support, and am quite happy with the results. The older reviews are from a different time, and are not representative of the situation today. R Laakso

    HelloMy name is Dr Jeffrey Davies and I am the owner of Archatomics.com . I have purchased the business from the previous owner and I am sorry if he had customer service issues. I pride myself on being assesible to all my customers.  All customers receive my personal cell phone number and are encouraged to call with any questions or problems.  If anyone is not 100% satisfied I refund 100% of the payment.  I only want happy customers.  If any of these reviewers here have purchased arch supports since I took over the business I would very much appreciate it if they would contact me thru the email on the website.ThanksDr J Davies

    I believe this site shld be dealt with by the law. I have recieved my arch supports today on May 9, 2008 . The supports look used and something is suspious about the bottoms. In the middle of the bottom there are a lot of scratch marks. I took a closer look and I notice some numbers.  Like maybe they were suppose to be serial numbers or something. But most of it is scratched out. Why is that?? Why would they scratch those numbers out before mailing??? Why wld a site claim to "custom" make products and send something that looks USED??? Before writing this rating I read everyone elses rating. I believe those that gave good ratings for the site either works for them, or are related to them, or are friends with them. I wouldn't give a single star as my rating. But it's required I click on a star to make a rating. Thats how bad I feel about this site. These reviews are old.     Beware! I ordered arch supports and payed through paypal. I recieved the mold and returned it. I was never shipped the finished arch supports. They will not return multiple calls or e-mails. I filed a complaint with Paypal. Paypal resolved complaint in my favor after no contact from Archatomis, but Archatomics removed funds from the account so that I can not be reimbursed. Screwed out of $109.00. Don't make the same mistake.

    I was researching supportive shoes and came across someone who mentioned Archatomics and how great they were, so I decided to order some for myself on July 20, 2007.  Now over two months later, I'm letting potential buyers know (warning them, rather) that I never received what I paid for.  I bought the ones that were a total of $109 (including s/h), which were the full insoles, and the most expensive. What they do is send you a mold for your feet, then you send it back to them (using your own money), and they create the custom insoles. Well... 2 weeks after ordering, I hadn't received the mold. I contacted him and he said he'd send it out soon (he obviously didn't look at my account, because I received them the day I e-mailed him). He claimed he had been in the hospital for a leg injury (yeah, right). So I used the mold and mailed it back to him the following postal day.     Okay, no communication if you have any questions. No one answered the phone, nor responded to my email. You actually do get arch supports in about three and a half weeks. Because of the lack of customer support, I gave the business a lower star rating. The supports actually seem to be good qualtiy. Must be a small operation, but considering today's mailing services and technology, it isn't acceptable to me.
