If I could give them I zero I would. Every mac product I've ever bought eventually breaks. I just had my third hardrive replaced on my three year old laptop. I got the computer home and I'm not joking found out that the battery is now shot. The computer will not stay on without the power source plugged in. Now I'm supposed to buy a new battery for it? If I bought a PC everytime something went wrong with my mac laptop (just the laptop!) I would have 4 PC laptops for the same price. Not to mention the money you spend to buy it in the mac laptop in the first place. I have 3 ipods and all of them have problems. I bought the ipod touch 32gb, these things are just not meant to last.I'm glad I do not own anything else mac. I even bought protective hardware for all of my products,(which are not cheap especially for the laptop). The most disturbing part about the store though is how rude everyone who works there is. I literally went in there and had three people pretend they were going to help ... Read more

Obviously mac products are well thought out and designed with function and form in mind whilst maintaining performance. I love mac products and own pretty much every item they make, sometimes more than one. However, the service at their Domain store is HORRIBLE. I just bought a 17" macbook pro and it was scratched up with black stuff smeared all over it. The little short hispanic manager at the domain store told me "they're shipped all the way from china" I don't CARE!!! What isn't shipped from China these days. But I expect that if I pay close to $3,000.00 for a computer it not be scratched and smeared with black residue before I even lay a hand on it. After being condescending he decides to give me another unit. Well I thought it would be good to power it up right then and guess what it had a dead pixel right in the middle of the screen. I don't know how many of your are graphic designers but a dead pixel glaring red in the middle of the screen is slightly distracting. He p... Read more

I can't tell you how long I've been a PC fan. In fact I remember back when I used to have heated debates with people who would want to buy an Apple computer. I remember how avid I was against their product and how much I was in support of PC. Well little did I know that support was in poor knowledge. I'm not sure as to how I came upon my first Mac but I'm glad to say that I did - it's an amazing product and so refreshing. I highly recommend their product line.

In Short Frosted glass doors, white floors, and minimal hardwood shelving allow a lot of open space for these often-crowded shops. A young, hip staff outfitted in black T-shirts and lanyard nametags help families and students find iBook and iMac computers and software. Teens and 20-somethings can be found checking out the latest iPod MP3 players and accessories before heading home to download music and audio from Apple's iTunes.com to their new toys.
