Loved when he onside-kicked the opening kickoff against the Cowboys in Dallas at the beginning of his career and ended up kicking their asses in that game. Good, balls-out coach...

Hey, Andy is a nice guy and all, and he has a nice resumé, but unless he starts actually inspiring the Eagles to win games, he is headed for the dumpster and might be happier in a different city. For that matter, maye he should look for a different line of work--like high school coaching. . .

Lost a ton of credibility after the Superbowl. Looked like a deer in headlights in biggest game of his coaching career. Jim Johnson has made him look better than he is over the years. That being said, GO EAGLES!

Along with Belichick, Andy Reid is absolutely the best in the business. He's always prepared, keeps his team on an even keel, and refuses to overcelebrate wins or overdramatize losses. And before you Pats fans get to overconfident, Reid has never lost when given 2 weeks to prepare for a football game. That's 9-0. A seven point line looks awfully big to me when you consider that stat, the Eagles dominating defense, and at least two legitimate playmakers on offense (McNabb and Westbrook). Oh yeah, the best receiver in the game might play as well. I'd love to see Reid win the big one this year - he's earned it.

Always the brides maid and never the bride. He better get the job done this year or it will be his last. With the competition in his division now I think it probably will be. Im hoping it's not though! Go Birds!

Reid is excellent at preparaing a game plan and motivating players. On the other hand, he is an average game day coach. Jim Johnson, the Iggles defensive coordinator, is responsible for 3-4 wins a year, easy. Being the general manager of the Birds, he's only had 3 drafts. Too early to tell. His press conferences are TORTURE. Reid always (emphasis) starts off with the injury report and then says, Time's yours. He has the personality of my computer keys.

Good coach, but not an elite coach until he coaches that other post-season Bowl game...and on Jan.8, 2004 (a day that will live in infamy...the second coming of Gibbs), his job got alot tougher.

Trust ME on this one; Reid will lead the Eagles to a super bowl victory. His quest for perfection will be rewarded as he tirelessly prepares his team to accomplish success. His eye for talent, honesty and work ethic, and leadership abilities will pay off for Philly. It will happen period.

Andy Reid stinks...but he doesnt stink as bad as most of todays NFL. He is an average coach in a watered down league full of below average coaching. I cant argue with his winning percentage...but when it comes to pressure games...and the games that really matter...he will always choke. His plays are scripted two weeks before each game. He is about a creative as Wonder Bread. He will never win the superbowl because he fails to understand that you need emotion and an edge to win big games. The Philadelphia Eagles are molded in Andy Reids likeness....an accountant on steroids.

The loss to the Bucs showed that he was so out-coached. He is a good coach, but not great.

I was a critic when Reid was named the Eagles head coach. I wondered why the Eagles management chose a coach from the exact same system that Ray Rhodes had come from after he had failed to get the job done. But in the space of two years Coach Reid took a team without a running back, with perhaps the league's worst wide receivers, and with a young unproven quarterback and led them to an 11-5 season and within one game of the NFC championships. His accomplishments thus far are nothing short of remarkable.
