Ameristep 814 Tangle Camo Doghouse Blind

I have hunted in this blind about a half dozen times so far and no major complaints. It does its job, the back pack is really nice and I have had success with white tail using it. Price was very fair. I am not super impressed with the quality of the materials but I am not dissatisfied either. I would buy it again.

This was a gift for my husband. He loves it. Easy to set up but a little tricky to fold. Ameristep has a helpful on-line video showing how to collapse it. Great for turkey hunting or other ground hunting.

Sets up quickly and easily. You need to practice take down and fold at home a couple times before you go to the field, but once you master it, it's quick and easy. If you've ever folded a band saw blade you almost there, it's the same principal on a larger scale. At 14 pounds in a back pack you can carry it almost any place. For turkey hunting, if you use inflatable decoys you can get them in the backpack with the blind.

They are excellent, easy to set up and take down.I like the tie downs on the windows so that on windy days you do not have to contend with the flaping of the windows.Whats most important is they do the job. I am 75 years old and about 5 years ago decided I had to give up the tree stand and went to this blind. I have been successful each year in getting at least one deer out of them. This past year I Bagged a nice 8 point buck. Can I say anything more.This product is quality and value.

The product arrive very quickly and in excellent conditon. It is lightweight, easy to assemble and also easy to repack.
