i would like to share my experience with American Trusted Movers. I had moved with this company last year and was very happy. They showed up on time. Wrapped all my furniture with pads so carefully i was impressed. I requested the same crew this year because i had to move again and a diffrent crew showed up even more amazing then the first. I just want to let you know that these movers and the crew last year were amazing, professiona, courtious and went above and beyond the call of duty both times. my mother had used this company 2 month ago and was also impressed. This company is fantastic! highly recommend.

I hate moving. Hate it. A big thanks to American Trusted Movers for making it so much easier. I was moving from a one bedroom, to a larger two bedroom townhouse about 12 miles away. I had never hired movers before, had always just gotten friends to help and a rented moving van. This was SO much easier, and so much better. Three 3 guys arrived on time, were clean, polite, and spoke English so there were no communication difficulties. I had originally planned on moving a month earlier, but I let them know about the delay, and was able to schedule my move for the day I wanted it done without any trouble. They called on the Thursday before the move to confirm the old address and new address. They arrived with Map printouts and directions between the two. Everyone worked very hard, and kept moving the entire time. They even moved my 50" Plasma screen that I was a bit concerned about, but they paid it great attention and care, as they did with everything else. Not a single item was broken o... Read more

I called American Trusted Movers after reading negative reviews about the company that I originally planned to use who were 30% cheaper but I didn't want to take a chance as they were late most of the time. I called American Trusted Movers who said they had an opening at 9am. I told them I would take it and followed up in writing with the details. I then made calls to plan my day around this 9am pick up and a 10.30 delivery. I also sent in their form. Denneil the administrator called and told me that she made a mistake and they could only pick up at 2pm. I told her that I couldn't do that but I would think about it.. I then received a call 30 minutes later from a person in their office telling me that they would be there at 9am. This moving company has been a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!! I used this company because the other companies had more negative reviews than this one. You can bet that I will make sure everyone knows that this company is no different. They don't show up when they say they will. My furniture is broken, Items were delivered to people who live states away, my husband and I had to help because they showed up an hour before storage closed, we ended up with other peoples stuff and then ignored when asked for things to be made right. I have seen the value of customer service fail before but I thought these guys would be different. I am disgusted by the service and customer care. It has been almost two weeks and I am still waiting for my box that was lost and still waiting to hear from customer service about what they are going to do seeing as how my husband and I paid them to help us move and we had to end up being the movers. The most think I liked about this company, none of the guys were there to waist time. They worked very efficently also were polite and friendly. There weren't any unexpectant charges, because the representitives made it very clear and explained everything that may possibly add up. In my case, it did in materials because I didn't have time to prepare... but wasn't a big deal, almost same cost. Overall, I liked working with this company, very honest and professional about what they do. Thank you ATM

The guys were really great. They worked all day moving and carrying things. They were really nice and friendly. Armando, Anthony & Freddy did an excellent job with the move. They were very careful with our furniture and boxes. Another thing I liked very much they way that they wrapped everything to keep my items safe. The crew was on time, worked extremely hard and provided a wonderful service. They wrapped my furnitures and protected every item wonderfully. At the end of my move there was no damage, not even a scratch, I was very happy about it. All three of them were polite and professional. I would use your company again.

The American Trusted Movers did a great job. Ed & Ron were on time, accomodating, efficient & did the extra packing that we needed help with. They drove safely to our home in the mountains and unloaded in a speedy but conscientious manner. The crew also helped to get several heavy boxes to the lower level, we were very pleased with their service and highly recommend your firm to others.

Armando & Joey were very professional and efficient. They completed the move very quickly, without wasting any time. They were also very careful about how they moved the furnitures and made sure that they were well covered with pads and bubble raps. THE 3 MEN CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THE MANNER IN WHICH THEY HANDLED MY GOODS FROM MY PROPERTY. IN ADDITION DURING THE MOVE THE CREW WORKED DELIGENTLY FROM POINT A TO POINT B AND DID NOT WASTE TIME LIKE MOST MOVERS DO- ALL THE FURNITURE WAS TRANSFERRED WITHOUT DAMAGE AND I AM SATISFIED COMPLETELY. Jamie, Kelly & Paul were amazing. They were Professional, through, Quick, Efficient & trustworthy. Their level of service was first-class especially considering the difficulty of the move. These men were quick & respectful, and did a great job of taking apart the furniture; re-assembling and cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company and this crew to another family that was moving or any one that I know. It took us 2 month to decide on a mover and we made the best decision.

I give this company 5 stars and everyone should know that my movers were two of the best guys ever. they made sure that all my things were fully covered and handled with care. They showed respect to everyone in my house even my dog "africa" they are the best movers i have had in a long time. My movers were awsome!

I had used many movers in my life time and I just want to let every one know that the guys who came to move me were the best of the best. I have not experienced such professional movers in a long time. These men had gone out of there way to do over and beyond what I asked them to do. For any one who reads this review before you use any other mover you should call these guys first. I am so pleased with there services I have already recommended them to my best friend who is moving next month. My entire move was under $200. Thank you so much for making this move so easy.
