Wed Nov 18 2009They will test the part on the spot, if it is "BAD" and with in the warranty they will swap it out immediately or send it off to the manufacture at their cost. Buying parts from "ALTEX" (Stupid Suggestion) is a bigger pain to return. And you have to send the part off to the manufacture at "YOUR" cost.

Tue Apr 28 2009If you never need service or to return anything ACS is OK. If you ever have a problem they will blame you by saying it is "a bad experience" meaning "you don't know what you are doing." They make it almost impossible to return an item. Altex is not too far away on 1604. Go there instead.
