All Seasons Movers

They are nice and professional until you need a problem addressed. I contracted with All Seasons Movers and the initial experience was fine. They were ontime and professional. The PROBLEM: one item was lost and a piece of furniture was damaged. After many phone calls and no response I have realized that All Seasons Movers are the car dealers of the moving industry. They treat you well until the sale is finalized. They stated on three occasions that an adjuster would be sent out to look at my furniture but everytime I call and inquire Im told I need to speak with someone who is not in the office. I left my number several times with no return call. I was told there would be a search for the lost item and when I called back no one knew anything about a lost item. The truck they were driving was stalled and it took quite a bit of time getting it started again. This was time I paid for. I've used them twice, if this is the same company that used to be located at 6059 N. Albany. The first time was fine. The second time - there is someone among them using my check card fraudulently. The very day I moved and paid with my bank card, a fraudulent charge was made on my bank card to a cell phone company (US Cellular) for $90.00. Then again, my bank informed me another charge was made to the same company for over $120.00. There were no fraudulent charges on my card before the very day I moved and paid with my check card, so either one of the movers, or office employees is the one. US Cellular claimed they could not identify the person who used my bank card - that's a load of baloney, so they are another company who will never have me as a customer. When I did a web search for this moving company, I found a "Complaint of the Day" message stating that these movers had stolen a great deal of cash and belongings.
