    I hired Albany to do work on a rental property, but after seeing their quality of work, I'd have no problems calling them to do work on my house. I also needed them there at a very specific time in coordination with other efforts and, with less than 24 hours notice, he arrived exactly on time. I highly recommend Albany Lock & Safe.

    Good service but very expensive.It was only a small latch adjustment for which the price was too high.

    He was very professional and did not sell us more than what we needed. If I need to have any lock issues in the future I will call Albany lock & safe to come out.

    Tim was professional, prompt and reliable. He was able to do a great job within a tight timeframe. Prior to working with him, I dealt with two other locksmiths that were no shows and unprofessional. Besides being a little pricey, I'd definitely recommend Albany Lock & Safe!

    Called to let us know he was running late. Made a trip to the shop over lunch break to pick up some parts he didn't know he would need. Completed the job in a timely manner. Pleasant and professional personality. Fair price. Everything works!
