They don't care about their "employees." All that they care about is how much money they can make off of you. I worked one temporary job and if I ever called my representative during that job he never called me back and made up excuses to take my call yet when he needed something, I had to call him back and give him whatever he needed ASAP. They were demanding when they needed something. They also lied to me, they said they needed me to start the day after I interviewed with the potential employer because the employer needed me to start ASAP. I arrived the day Ajilon told me to and the employer "who apparently needed me to start ASAP" had no idea I was coming in and expected me to start on Monday (I started on a Friday). When the job came to an end my Ajilon representative never had the courtesy to call and let me know; I had to call the employer to find out. If Ajilon employees don't want to hear your complaints and frustations about finding job, they'll rudely hang up on you. And when you call and email to register a complaint they completely ignore you
