APX obviously took precautions when shipping this guys motorcycle. They have to follow a security protocol that cannot be deviated. The delays for this motorcycle were due to the shippers actions that set off a number of red flag alerts ... including his abandonment of his vehicle at the shipping terminal. The cargo was treated as Hazardous Matterial and had to be cleared through US customs. There is nothing deviant or strange about what APX did. The motorcycle had to be shipped on an all cargo aircraft and once booked cannot be changed as this delay even further the shipping process. Christmas time and red alerts delayed this transit time even more. The shipper also asked the CEO for a discount due to the delays which he as no controll of. The CEO denied his claim of $200 dut to the delay and moreso as the shippers request came with a threat that he would post this delay all over the net. The CEO stood firm and did not sucumb to this threat.

Air Parcel Express took approximately 40 days for my air shipment. 37 days. This cost me thousands of dollars in additional costs, and they made no apologies for it. Air shipments should take 1-2 weeks. This was the second time I used them. The first time I also had problems, but gave them a second chance. BIG MISTAKE. Check out sites like http://www.ripoffreport.com/ and http://www.movingscam.com and you will find that they leave behind a lot of angry customers. The CEO is notorious for personally posting on message boards personally insulting anyone who is dissatisfied with his company. Don't be fooled by their pricequotes, in the end it could cost you far more.

No other international shipping company comes close to the speed and service level APX delivers on the net. I read other reviews in other blogs but they are unfounded as APX has a strict security protocol and are true to their word. They explained everything to me from start to finish and the service is great.

Best shipping company by far on the net. They do air and ocean with ease and faster in communicating than any freight fowarder we encountered. Service was optimum.
