Steven Walder, Tucson Regional Manager of Affordable Windows, gave us an excellent presentation on 21 Dec., leading to installation on 29 Jan. Steve anticipated our questions, gave the best quote we got from several companies, and sold us five double-hung white vinyl Simonton Impressions 7300 replacement windows with full screens and with some replaced exterior wood. Symonton 7300 is a highly rated product among builders and remodelers.

As a consumer you should be sure to make your demands/request are on the contract (in your terms) and that selection is made from a sample of what the company will provide. They installed a window that did not match what I requested. I have had to look for a new window company to replace their window . They are very inflexible; their solution to the problem was for me to buy an alternate window from them and they would install it for free. This is still not the window that I initially requested. Really? Wow, what a deal! I am very disappointed with the manner in which they handled my situation. I am VERY sorry I purchased my windows from them.

They were right on schedule with my windows (ready in 3-4 weeks). Installation commenced 4 weeks after initial visit, took just 3 days as I had 2 sets of corner windows requiring extra work. Overall I'm very happy with them.

We really are pleased with our new windows; the windows themselves had made a major difference in the look, insulation, temp, and sound of the home. Their costumer service is wonderful as well, very nice and professional, willing to work with you, and around you. The owner had stopped by multiple times to check on the work, and to see if we were pleased.

Provided excellent information on the product and answered all questions. Communication on scheduling for installation was lacking as I had to make multiple calls. Installers were on time and very careful to watch for broken glass and clean up after themselves. All in all, a good experience.

Jeff worked hard to correct all problems incurred with the installation.

Very Professional company and knew the product very well. Called & kept us up to date on the status of the windows while in production. We had a deadline to meet to have the windows installed and it was met by Affordable Windows whatever it took they got the job done.

Job not completed at one time, necessitating multiple trips. Pressure tactics used for sale, not appreciated but sold the doors.
