Advanced Laser & Skin Center

I recently had my first appointment for an IPL. Francine was EXCELLENT, she clearly knows this business from top to bottom! I have had this treatment elsewhere and now know I was not getting the full benefit of the treatment while paying way too much! The location is great with plenty of free parking, easily accessible off the highway, and the office environment is beautiful! The staff all have advanced training and the years needed to assess what the client needs. Most of the staff are RNs. The prices are very reasonable.

Advanced Laser & Skin Center is really a nice place. I was embarrassed and even a bit nervous about hair removal. However, Ellen is very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Also, she provides a great treatment! A very positive experience with very positive results.

I have enjoyed many various treatments. Facials, vein lasers, fillers, permanent makeup...all of which were improvements for skin and well being. It is so nice to be in the hands of caring professionals.

Francine and Advanced Electrology (as her business was called when I first met her) were recommended to me by my daughter about twenty years ago, and I've been an extremely satisfied client ever since! There were times when I didn't need a treatment for quite some time; but whenever I called, Francine always made time for me. When menopause kicked in, I naturally needed more treatments. Francine takes great pride in her work and office surroundings. She has a warm and engaging personality and is excellent at what she does!

Great experience. Friendly staff and lovely office. Everyone from the front desk to all the professional staff, mostly Registered Nurses and Medical Estheticians, couldn't have been nicer. They took time to answer questions and gave specific and clear homecare instruction. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Advanced Laser and Skin center to everyone.

About 6 months ago I had 3 Fraxel treatments to my full face for acne scarring. I was depressed because I had acne and alot of acne scarring. The nurse made me very comfortable and reassured. The treatment was performed by a Registered Nurse who was fantastic. All treatments were performed by the same nurse. She always followed up with me the next day and gave me her cell phone number should I have any questions in the evening or on weekends. Now, my skin is much smoother and I am so much more confident. I highly recommend them and I will be returning for follow up chemical peels! Thank you Advanced Laser & Skin Center.

This place is the best. Ihave all positive things to say. It's so very clean, you could have a treatment lying down on the floor. The staff is professional, happy (they truly LOVE what they do and where they work) very caring. And they're so fantastic at what they do you instantaly trust them and relax. I've had various treatments done at other places in the past but that sometimes turned out to be a horror show. First time here it was pleasurable and I am a client forever, so please go you will not be disapointed.

I started seeing the owner for electrology on my face 20 years ago when she was working at another location. Since then, she has advanced her skills with all of the latest equipment and treatments and has built up her business to the Advanced Laser and Skin Care Center. Her laser hair removal on my legs was "life alternating" for me and she has also worked on my face with fantastic photofacial treatments. I will continue to make the drive from New Jersey where I now live to Woburn, MA as she is the best there is!

The staff at Advanced Laser Center is not just looking to make $$ - they really want you to see results and be happy! Once I went in asking for an expensive treatment and Francine actually said that I would get better results from a less expensive one. She was right - I got great results and saved money. I've also been very pleased with the products that they've recommended. They are not pushy about selling the stuff and only made suggestions when I've asked about what to buy. At my first visit to Advanced Laser was greeted by the warm staff. I waited for only a few minutes (I was early) in their tranquil waiting room. They took me right on time and once in the treatment room, Francine was so warm and inviting. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I've been going to Advanced for years now. I no longer have any hair to remove!!! They took it all off!! Well, all the unwanted hair. I've had electrolysis and Restylane there also, all with amazing results. I would highly recommend any treatment that's offered at Advanced Laser & Skin Center.

Francine performed my laser hair removal. I had some trepidation, but she allayed my fears and explained the process. She was extremely flexible about ensuring that she arranged her schedule so I could easily visit her office. Her office interior is warm, inviting and comforting, as she is. Francine's sole purpose is to provide the highest level of quality care possible and her attention to detail illustrates her goal. Francine is unfailingly cheerful, calm and optimistic. Every time you visit her office, she greets you like a cherished old friend. You cannot beat Francine’s knowledge and positive attitude.

I have had several treatments at Advanced Laser over the years and have been so happy with the results. I have had some vericose vains treated on my legs and some spider vains treated on the sides of my nose. Although it was a little painful, and my skin was red afterward..... I was thrilled with the outcome. I also had some sun spots treated on the backs of my hands(which I felt made my hands look old).... and they were successfully treated with only one treatment. This was over a year ago, and they never returned. I now am careful to apply high SPF sunblock, but if I get any more... I know where to go :-)

I highly recommend Advanced Laser & Skin Center. The staff are amazing and the MedSpa itself is beautiful and very clean and spotless! I just completed a series of Skin Rejuvenation laser treatments and Chemical Peels. The nurses/staff work by coming up with a personalized plan for my specific needs. The woman who treated me is a nurse. She spent so much time with me, it was if she had nothing else to do. She called me personally the day after treatments to see how I was doing!! I look 5 years younger and am thrilled with the results!! I now have some of the best skin care products I have ever had and they were not that expensive.
