Advanced Care Rx Pharmacy

Got a call from the Pharmacy asking me when I was planning to pick up my BIHRT cream. When I arrived it was not there (Eastern location). After waiting while they searched for the prescription they insisted I either pick up or they deliver to my work (not a good idea), and using up most of my lunch break, it could not be found. They stated they would re-make it. 3 weeks later they called me to pick up my script. when i asked the man what date it was made, he said 5/31 which was a month prior!! what?? when the pharmacist called me today he was rude and interruppted me and would not answer whether this was a new product or whether my old one was "found" and where was it found? he was indignent. Their motto should be "the customer is always wrong and should be interuppted mid-sentence"

just like to say how amazing this pharmacy is. from their staff to their service, its all great and they really work hard to make you feel like you are part of their family. thank you so much for all of your hard work!

heard them on the radio, after finding out that they do free delivery i immediately stopped by their pharmacy and transfered my prescriptions. best decision ever. thanks guys!

advanced care pharmacy is pretty much the only pharmacy i go to ever since i lost my insurance. they provide me with affordable medication and when i cant go to their store to pick up my medication, they can deliver it to my door.
