    these people are not only persistent in their marketing, but their carpet cleaner was also persistent in removing a couple of stains I thought would not come out. Their staff was friendly enough and it was a pleasure making an appointment with the phone person who called me. I was embarrassed though when my check bounced! (my direct deposit was late) They understood and waived the returned check fee. Who does that anymore? They are great, their work is great, and I'm very happy and will use them again.

    Let me start off by saying this is my 1st review, and probably last, but I was so impressed by the job well done that I have to let others know. I am an extreme perfectionist when it comes to cleaning and repairs etc. I can ALWAYS find something wrong, but not this time. This company has been calling us for years and I have always blown them off, they have always been polite with the rejection, but they still call back eventually. This time after my renters vacated the house, but not with out leaving their huge dogs IBS stains, I decided to take them up on the offer. I asked about getting 4 bedrooms done, they quoted me a price of $79. It sounded good so I also decided to make an appointment for the following week for my own home. I specifically asked about pet stain removal, figuring there would only be so much they could do anyways.     I had my carpet cleaned by Adobe not too long ago and I really like the jod that they did! There was only one small spot missed by the technician so I called them back and I spoke to the owner, he was very kind and apologized. He even came back and cleaned it himself.I was very amazed!

    The "representative" they sent to my house was actually nothing more than a rude high pressure salesman. When we decided not to have our carpet cleaned and stretched he became extremely rude and demanded a thirty dollar Trip fee. It had been agreed during our previous phone call that there would be no charge for the estimate. When we refused to pay the thirty dollars this guy actually threatened my family members with physical violence. He in fact told us that he would be looking for us outside. These people should not only be put out of business, they should be put in jail.

    One of the worst companies I've every dealt with! My Mother contacted Adobe Carpet Cleaning to ask for an estimate for carpet cleaning and stretching. She was told that the estimate would be free and she was under no obligation to have the work done. When the estimate was done and she told them she needed to think about it as it was more than she expected it to be, she was told there would be a $30 "trip fee". Now understand my Mother is 86 years old and handicapped. I asked her "Were you informed of the trip charge before you told them to come out" and she said "No, I was told it was free and I was under no obligation". So I told the guys from Adobe (Note that there were two of them pressuring my Mom for the fee) that since we were not told up front about the fee that we would not pay it. He argued with me and refused to leave when I asked.     Next time they call go ahead and make an appointment - waste their time by having them come to your house then don't answer the door !

    I have never had a company come in and do such a crappy job on my carpets. They got here 45 mins late and spent a total of maybe ten minutes cleaning the carpets. Who does it that fast? Needless to say, my carpets are still dirty and I'm totally unhappy with the service. A big red flag when you constantly have to badger people over the phone to use your service. I will never use them again.

    Adobe Cleaned my carpets and upholstery last week. They were running late but someone called me to let me know they were going to be about 30 minutes late. They were actually 15 minutes late as it turned out but I appreciated the phone call to let me know. The guy did a fantastic job with my berber carpet thats 8 years old, not to mention my sofa where my dog had gone to the bathroom on it. It cost me $320 but its a heck of a lot cheaper than replacing just the sofa alone, which I thought was ruined. Thank You Adobe Carpet Cleaning and I will have you back next year ! My mom needs hers cleaned too.

    Rob was friendly and did a fantastic job on my snow-white carpet. I have used several different cleaners in the past, but Adobe is the best by far. They treated all my spots and got out old ones the other cleaners either didn't or couldn't. It dried quickly and they were careful with my furniture(expensive). I will definitely be calling them back in about six months.

    We have received sales calls from this company for years, despite never doing business with them before and having our number on the Do Not Call List. Every time they call, which is usually after 8:00pm, we politely tell them we're not interested and to please take our number off of their call list. The response is always "Okay". Yet we contitue to get calls. If this is an indication of they way they conduct their business, there is no way we would ever utilize their services or recommend them to anyone we know.

    I used Adobe once and they cleaned the carpet ok, but their deceptive tactics caused the final price to be more than 3 times what we expected. Make sure you get a price in writing before they start without all the unnecessary add ons that jack up the price. Also, after you use them once they will never stop calling to clean your carpet again no matter how many times you say no and ask them to stop calling.

    I've never used this company and wouldn't, simply because of their illegal phone tactics. If this is how they conduct business, I can imagine what kind of work they must do.... I've been on the No Call List for three years, but apparently it makes no difference to Adobe Carpet Cleaning. I've just made a complaint to the people at the No Call List website. Hopefully the calls will stop. (?) Not the way to run a business..........

    I have had the same trouble with these calls despite being on the do not call list. I wil report them to the FTC tonight as i'm sick of it. I'd never use their service.

    This is not a review of the their service,but of their attitude.I keep receiving their phone calls for at least 3 years now,and I have asked them in the past not to call me anymore,at least 10 times.Every single time,they would say "OK".My phone number is on the "do not call" list",for last few years,also. Today I received another call from Alison,after she said what she had to say about carpets,I told her that they keep calling me last three years and if is too much to ask them to take my name of their list.Also,keep in mind,that I talked to her normal,no voice was raised,nothing like that.She hung up without saying anything.Don't know if this review is going to be removed or not,but from their attitude...stay away from this people.     The price would have been nice, but they showed almost two hours after the scheduled appointment. We have 8 children counting foster kids, so it's very important for us to keep a tight schedule. We called the company and they told us that happens. Very dissappointed in their professionalism. Would not recommend.
