Great company!! I called to set up an appointment to have them come look at my unit...he gave me suggestions over the phone to fix it right away!! Never heard of anyone offering a fix over the phone, no charge, no lame excuse that he needs to look at it first. What a great feeling to know that there ARE some helpful people in the world. Gonna try his advice! AND, If it didn't work he gave other options!! Thanks for your help! Good Karma is definitely on the way!!

I can't say enough good things about these wonderful people. They came to help within 2 hours of my call when the weather was very hot. Charlie and Aaron were both extremely professional and knowledgable. Unfortunately it was a bad problem, the compressor was out on the air conditioner. Still, they were able to find a replacement within an hour at a reasonable rate, got the whole thing installed, checked out the entire unit, and told me exactly what to watch out for in terms of possible future problems. I will never use anyone else. They were great! I highly recommend this company to everyone!

Before I received EXCELLENT service from ACTION AIR CONDITIONING, I had called a couple different a/c companies to find out how much they charge to come out, and unfortunately a lot of these companies will tell you that they have a real low service charge just to get their foot in your door, I made this mistake, I had an outfit come out that charged a $59.95 service fee only to be told I needed to replace my entire system, well i told them to hit the road and called Action Air. They had someone out within hours of my call, the technician Charlie was very courteous, clean cut and professional, after inspecting my unit he told me the unit didn't need to be replaced, it was a motor and capacitor and he had it up and running in no time, I am extremely satisfied with this company and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest company to deal with.

I called Action Air because of all of the reviews I saw on this site. We had an inexperienced HVAC tech whom also was a relative work on our units only to have made the situation worse and gave up leaving us with a lot of issues with our two units. Charlie was our tech and let me just tell you he was AMAZING! Our issues weren't easy to diagnose. He was able to diagnose ALL of the problems, explained in detail what was wrong and even shared in our humor of letting a family member work on our AC. He came out on Saturday but had to order the part so he said he would be back on Monday. Not having an appointment set up for Monday we felt like we were priority on his list because he showed up at 8am. I can't speak for any other tech at Action Air - but Charlie is a true assest to this company. His mannerism and honesty will get my business and referrals in the future!

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys! I called Action at 5:30pm and there was a tech at my house by 10am. Charlie was professional, courteous and extremely pleasant. He explained the problem before taking any action and got the job done quickly. Other companies may haver charged me for a new part, but Charlie was able to fix my problem without using replacement parts. Great service, great price, great attitudes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We used Action Air this past summer, it was 110 outside and about 95 in our house, When the tech arrived at our house, he was very courteous and understanding of our problem, he diagnosed the problem within about 10 min, and had the part on the van, and had it fixed within 30 min. Charlie, the tech was very presentable, clean and proffesional and our dog even liked him, which is saying a lot because she doesnt allow anyone in our home without growling and barking! LOL! We would highly reccomend this company to anyone who needs any type of A/C needs, Im pretty sure they handle heating problems as well!

I used Action Air to repair my air conditioning. The office staff was very helpful and they were able to send someone to my house within an hour of my call. The tech, Charlie, was very knowledgeable and explained the problem before he began the repair. Our air conditioning was up and running again within about an hour of his arrival. We've been cool and comfortable ever since. I was very happy with this company. I've had my share of problems in this town finding reliable businesses with repairmen who have actual knowledge and expertise. Action was, literally, a breath of fresh (and cool) air. I would definitely use Action Air again and highly recommend this company.

Charlie (Action air's tech) was awesome!!!! Mind you, it was a Sunday and he was able to come within 2 hours of when I called and left a message. He was on time maybe even a couple minutes early. He was very nice, clean, professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and where to go when I didn't even really know. He diagnosed very thoroughly and precisely. He let me know what the problem was and even went ahead and replaced the other one for me as a courtesy. I appreciated his honest diagnosis and him going above and beyond to ensure that I was left with the best running unit. I would have them come any day of the year! I only deal with them from now on! I can't tell you how incredibly satsfied and gateful I am for their services. If you're looking for someone they are the best hands down! I'm telling all my friends and family. Thanks again guys!!!

We have used this company on several occasions. Charlie is the service guy and he is nice, neat, knowlagable and most importantly prompt! (a bonus when it is 110 outside). We have found this company to be very fare with their costs and always fix the problem the first time! We would highley recommend them to anyone in Las Vegas area with a/c issues.

We called at 8:30 am after our heater stopped blowing hot. They had someone out by 10:30 and this was on probably one of the busier days of the year due to the heaviest snow in three decades.The repairman was very nice and diagnosed the problem right off the bat. He had our heat blowing hot within the hour and this is critical because we have a fourteen month old. We are extremely happy with the service and would reccomend these guys to anyone.
