This place is fun, big, and spacious. We thought it would be perfect for a birthday party for about 20 people, although we wanted to play pool more than bowl (they have a good number of pool tables). We called a few days before and they told us the pool tables were "first come, first served." When we got there, all the pool tables were reserved ... not a single one available ... for a large party. No one mentioned that to us when we called, so we complained, waited an hour, and they squeezed us into two lanes of bowling. NOT ACCEPTABLE RESERVATIONS MANAGEMENT!! This was our second time there; several people in our group complained ... as did some friends from the first time we went there, and so did we ... that their drinks are very, very weak. We don't know how they're pouring, but a mixed drink there is no more than half of what it is at most typical bars in Seattle. Finally, the food. Not the best quality although a pretty diverse menu. But worst of all, it took about an hour for... Read more

Can't talk about bowling without a Grease reference. I went this week with a group of 12 people, and I was shocked at the personal attention you can receive here. My drinks came lighting quick, and were litterally waiting for me when I turned around from my turn. At the end our waiter told us to leave our shoes and bowling-balls and he would take care of them. That's when I really like it. I didn't have to hoist all the bowling-balls back or shlep my shoes up to the counter. The entire atomsphere was clean and relaxed. Only con was my forarm hurting because we bowled and extra game!

The other night was my first time at ACME and was impressed with the size of this venue. It was a week night and did not have to worry about getting a lane for open bowling - more often than not, when I've looked for bowling on a weeknight in the past and you have to worry about if there will be an open lane or not and usually hear the line "no open lanes because of leagues." Not here, at least from what I could tell. Also, the location is convenient... close to S. Center mall, so easy access from I 5 or I405 or even 509.

So we had a group event here last night and I really have to say, WOW! I hadn't been here before and it was a fun time! We were able to reserve our own lanes for our group and pre-order a food spread that was really great! It was a Southwest food theme that was good quality and had a great presentation, not what you'd expect at a bowling alley. We also had our own server to order drinks from. Kurtis was very friendly and very efficient! We didn't wait for drinks and he was great at suggesting something new that was spot on with my preferences. I was just impressed with how clean and modern this place was. Definitely somewhere I will bring my son for our night out!! All in all, a fabulous time!!

My work had a corporate event at ACME Bowl last night. I had never been to the place before and was impressed. Bowlig was fun, but the alley has so much to offer. We had the Santa Fe spread for dinner which was very tasty. In addition, they have multiple big screen tv's so I was able to watch the NHL playoffs and the Mariners game as well. The bar is full service, the drinks were good and the staff very helpful. I will be back with friends.

Here's why I like it: 1) Atmosphere- There's always a diverse crowd here. I don't go here during the week, but on the weekends there's always tons of kids, families, and elders. On top of that, there's the young, hip crowd and company groups, also. And I think even some asian foreigners. It could a fun people watch place, as well. All the music videos, TV screens, and lights definitely swing the mood. A place worth an above-average dress code. Really cool. 2) Bowling- As an avid bowler myself, there's plenty of lane choices. It's pretty fun if there's not too many inconsiderate bowlers and families, which has sometimes been a problem on the weekends for me. Oil conditions are never steady, though. Note: Since people often order food on the lanes, make sure the ball finger holes aren't greasy, food and garbage are cleared, and lanes clean (on occasion if someone slips past foul line, they bring oil back on the dry area). One day I saw these stupid girls sliding on the lanes with their s... Read more

Hip hop music videos, black lights, and disco lighting give a new modern vibe to the bowling venue. The prices are much higher than an old school bowling alley. You can play by game, or by hour which includes couch seating. A few pool tables and a lounge nestle next to the entry way. On Friday and Saturday nights, the mall junkies merge over to ACME so the crowd is noticeably in the early to mid 20s. During my last visit, we had a waitress taking cocktail orders across the bowling lanes. There is a small arcade and a few rooms available for reservation. If you want to check out a cooler, yet expensive, bowling night then give this place a try. Just get in early.

Forty-lane bowling alley offers private VIP lanes, meeting rooms, billiard tables, arcades, a restaurant and a lounge.

This is a great place, very fun atmosphere, well maintained, great garlic fries. Bowling on their Early Bird times gets you $2/game, which is a great price. Unfortunately, sometimes the wait is long. I went 2 times and the wait was over an hour. The Seven10 Lanes are pretty cool too, very comfy furniture, rent the lanes for a larger price, but a cooler environment. Good area for adult group get-togethers.

I went to Acme a few days ago for a business event and was very happy with our experience. The service at the lane level was pretty good. Our food and drinks were brought pretty quickly in light of the fact that it was a busy Friday night. The pizza was very good and the caesar salad was outstanding. Technology was state of the art and the overall we had a lot of fun. This is a GREAT place for company events as they have plenty of rooms available for use or even just the lanes are spacious enough.
