If I could give more stars I would!!! Jack is amazing!! I have had to have work done on multiple ac units this year and so I have a track record with the company. AC Repair Houston provided timely response and EXCELLENT work and service. Jack does exactly what he says he will do - no surprises at ALL. I could not be happier. I never thought that I would find such superior workmanship and service- true professionals !! Thank you AC REPAIR HOUSTON.

Few things are scarier than having your AC go out. I am not sure what is worse in Houston when your ac dies: having to deal with the heat or having to deal with the repairs (finding someone that knows what they are doing and is not going to rob you). Jack with AC Repair is great! He quickly figured out what was wrong, fixed it and charged us a price that seemed reasonable.

We called AC Repair Houston to service our air conditioning unit. Jack Jensin was the tech that visited us. He was very friendly, knew his stuff and got our ac unit working quickly. They were recommended to us by our neighbor so we were expecting good work and were not disappointed.

We had a nice older man come out and service our air conditioning unit. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the problem in no time.

He replaced both AC coils at a very competitive cost, professionally and in a very short time. Great honest service at a very competitive price. When our ac stopped blowing cold air at the peak of the summer Jack Jensin was the only contractor that did not insist that both indoor and outdoor unit be replaced. He gave us the most competitive bid on replacing the outdoor unit and followed through on everything he promised in the exact time that he said it would take. It was not an easy journey to find an honest and competent Ac contractor, but we did it! I highly recommend Jack for any AC issue.

AC Repair was excellent, my unit stopped blowing cold air which I realized Friday after 6pm. I called and got a hold of Jack J. who was able to come out first thing Saturday morning and after a bit of troubleshooting resolved the issue which ended up being a wiring issue. He also checked out my unit, have had no issues since. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

Jack did a great job helping us replace our outdoor ac unit. Very responsive, competitive pricing and quality workmanship. Highly recommended!

I DO REALLY APOLOGIZE YOU ARE NOT THE COMPANY I MEANT TO RATE. I do not have any complaint to AC-REPAIR-HOUSTON. I do apologize for this confusion because you are not the company I meant to rate. I googled "ac repair houston" and your name appeared, but when I linked your suppose link shows another company which was the one I called. I did not notice when I called them you were not them. The prices I shows (contactor & capacitor) were prices found on the web since they did not individually show them on the invoice but a flat rate. Therefore, their price were way up. By the way, they did not honor the promotion they are showing on their web page.

We called these guys late in the day. They said they would not be able to make it out until the next day because of the late hour. We were ok with this but when we mentioned our toddler they had one of their techs stop by on his way home. We really appreciate them working late for our baby.

Very happy with Jack! I thought I was going to be without AC for at least a night. But, I got a call back from AC Repair saying one of their techs finished a job faster than expected and would it be OK for him to stop by in a few minutes?! Of course!! They seem to work mostly inside the loop so I am not sure I would have been so lucky if I lived in Katy. In any case, Jack got my AC cooling within 30 minutes and then he was off to the Heights.

Very happy with their work. They came out and fixed the AC in no time plus they gave me some tips on things I could do myself to save money. Only catch: They are a small company with a strong word-of-mouth following (I found out about them from a co-worker). I was not able to get my first choice for them to come out but they were able to fit me in later in the day.

As it turns out, these guys do more than just fix ACs - they also do heating. (Maybe a change of name is in order???) The first cold spell hits Houston and I thought I was ready for it. When I turned the heater on ... nothing! Fortunately, I was able to get these guys to come out and take care of the heater. I called them in the morning and they came out around 3PM so I had to wait a while. But, considering it was the first cold spell of the season, I guess it was not too bad. Once they did arrive, they were able to get the heater repaired in less than an hour. As far as price, they were somewhere in the middle for the service call. Overall, I am very happy with their work.

Frank Salazar came out and found out the problem quickly. I expected to pay much more than he charged me, and when he found out what was wrong, he went away to stock check the part and would get back to me when he found out how much. He had the part in stock, and came out the next day on Saturday and installed the part and charged my system back up with Freon. Awesome service, reputable guy, great prices, honest and quality. I would recommend them to anyone who does not want to get ripped off nor taken advantage of. I hope this helps them, since they did me exceedingly right. I will use this company again for AC or heating issues, or replacement equipment, and I will ask for Frank personally! He had his truck broken into and had his credit card machine stolen. lol I gave him a check a few days later when he ran into that.
