I moved 2 years ago with a horrible movers! i had a stress, i spent $ 600 for nothing they ripped me off! this time i decided to call all the moving companies and check their references! the best feedbacks were abc's they gave like 4 customers to call and they were all happy, they pointed out their professionalism, being fast and honesty!-) i loved it and i hired ABC as well! 2 bedrooms were moved within 5 hours. it was terrific i recommend ABC to everyone Thank you guys!-)

I hired movers last weekends and i had a 1 bdr apt to move out! i called ABC movers and booked a move. 2 guys Sergio and Denis were really brilliant! They were strong, professional, fast, hardworking and very friendly.

I hired them and i mentioned over the phone that i have a big couch that could not go in through the door! When guys came they did a great job...they were really strong....just 2 guys handled my big couch and hoisted it through the balcony...it was really amazing, me and my daughter were shocked how professional and strong they were! i would recommend those guys to everyone, they were really caring even over the phone! This company was referred to me too, so i'm recommending this guys to you, people!

Do not hire this company. It is a poorly run small business that profits through cheap tricks and your lack of experience/expertise. A few complaints: - 3:30 PM appointment. They came at 9:15 PM - Was quoted for $60/hr (3 hr min.). They said $180 would be total price all in. My bill came out to be $320 (the move was done in 2.5 hrs since I helped out and I did not order extra supplies). - They charged me for extra supplies, which they initially said came standard. - Charged me 5% for credit card fee (%s and minimums are against all credit card companies' policies, trust me, I'm a banker). - They ran over a tree on the drive over. I was fined. Ridiculous, I know. I paid with credit card and reported all of their practices. The charge is currently on hold and I expect to get most of my money back. When i turned to hire movers again i was very confused which company to go with! i didn't have time to make different calls, so i called my friend who moved recently and he used ABC Movers and he was so satisfied! i just made a call and spoke with their representative, they booked my move over the phone and when they came after 4 days, they did a great job! they were sooo fast. This guys rocked my world, they were optimistic and they did what they promised. I was proud of them, tipped them and from now on im gonna hire ABC and no one else....good....great....absolute winners within movers.... P.S. Even my kids became good friends with them ! =)

Just a note to let you know we had a VERY SUCCESSFUL MOVE and would move with you again, for sure! I will be using them next month for my mom, truck was clean and big, movers uniformed, thank you

Without sounding too cliche, I honestly felt as though they cared for my possessions as they would have cared for their very own. I will use you again.

These guys are unreal! They damaged over 20,000 in furniture and the told me that there "insurance" pays out 60 cents on the pound. They absolutely destroyed 3 items, the guys took frequent smoke brakes, that I was paying for and then to even get a check for the damage has never happened. They give you the complete run around telling you to send emails and they never respond!!! I still over a month later never received a cheque.

This place is a terrible. Ive never had so many things damaged...3 items and they told me that my only compensation was 200 for ruining over 10,000 in stuff. Read the fine print very carefully. The movers were very slow and took many brakes on my clock. I still have not gotten a check for my damages....

Be very careful when moving with this company..they really ruined alot of stuff and then took over a month to get back to me....

Jamie Lee at ABC moving company promised me a great move and that is what I got. Steve and CJ showed up and were very polite and quick works. This the best moving experience I have ever had. The movers before took almost twice as long. Steve and CJ even set up my stereo and tv for me. Thank you guys.

I had a four bedroom house two floors and had just recently hurt my back and need to move my family into our new home. The guys were about ten minutes late, but these four guy's never quite moving once they got here. I was surprised these guys packed everything from the Kitchen to my work bench since I was hurt. They even took my time to put in the anchor for my since I was injured. They were great every one should use these guys.

In the past I have had horrible moving experiences. Very horrible, but when these guys showed up I knew it was going to be different. They took a quick walk through the apartment after introducing there selves to see what needed to go first. Steve explained every thing to me at the very beginning of the move. I expressed my concern on my mothers wardrobe that I would be heart broken if any thing happened to it. They rapped it and were very careful with it. The move took 8 hours I really thought it would take around 10 to 12. They took my daughters bed apart and but it back together for me. It was so nice to have movers that I could talk to that understood me.

I was moving from a 2 bed-room town home to a very close by house in the same city. The move was scheduled on a Saturday at 10am. The two movers showed up at 11:30am with a rental truck. I pre-packed all my stuff into boxes, only furniture from living room, two bed rooms and one king size mattress were not wrapped. The move took 7 hours and 40 minutes. The movers didn't bring any protection mat, the entrance door, hard wood floor and newly painted wall in my new place were damaged. At the end, I was informed I need to pay cash for the moving expense to avoid 8% credit card processing charge. So we have to drive out to an ATM to get more than $500 cash. I don't mind to pay cash, I just wish someone would've informed us ahead. I won't recommend this company at all. i booked my 3 bedroom house move 3 weeks ago and spoke over the phone with the sales rep! He was nice and really helpful. As it was told everything went very smoothly! i loved it ! the guys were really funny, communicative. They were hardworking, at the same time they granted our children with really happy moments. I never new that moving company can be so friendly, open-minded and really professional! I will recommend ABC MOVERS to everyone who will be interested! i had a terrific experience wish everyone could that experience!

These guys were a well-oiled machine. They were so efficient and really took a lot of care with our rickety antiques. There was a lot going on on our block that morning: concrete being poured directly in front of our building, a job fair, a flea market, a farmer's market, and another ABC Moving team moving someone into our building. They handled all of that, got the job done ahead of schedule, and were smiling the whole time

The foreman on the job Alex was informed, very, very helpful, honest, friendly and hard working. Sam and the other young gentlemen did a wonderful job as well. Incredibly careful and respectful not only of all our personal belongings and furniture but also of our new house. They worked non-stop all day without complaint and in fact with smiles and good cheer.

OK here we go. I was quoted to move my 1 bedroom apartment and I was very explicit and told them that I have some large items which may require attention (a Fridge, Washer, Dryer, Queen size bed). I was told that including all the large items the whole move with drive time would be about 3 hours. The cost would be $65 per hour pulse a $40 dollar charge for fuel. They will include all moving blanket, dollies and boxes if necessary. Sounds pretty good huh? well .. The nightmare started as soon as they arrived. 1. Moved arrived late I have arranged for 9 AM, after a few phone calls and the ?Oh let me look for them, they should be there already.? They finally arrived at 9:45AM 2. 2 movers arrived to my apartment, one mover with T shirt and shorts the other with T shirt and jeans. No back brace despite of what I?ve told them about the big items 3. Continue from above .... 6. Fridge.. OH MY GOD.. Since they are not properly equipped. It took forever to move the fridge and I had to help? I paid man!! Why am I helping??? 7. Great so one and a half hour goes by and only about half of my apartment is moved. So I was a little heated and confronted mover A and told him ?you guys are moving way too slow, this move needs to be done in about 3 hours? he replied ?what do you mean we move too slow, we are working.? soo PO I stared to move some stuff myself. 8. Well no surprise it took them every bit of two hours and change just to get my apartment moved out. We now have to move it back in. My move was so much better than I expected. The team showed up on-time (probably around 10 minutes early). The foreman, James, went over all the paperwork with me, explaining everything, and then went over the items that were being moved. Everything was padded so well, and my electronics were packed up for me

Would like to say that this was the best moving experience I could have had with a move from one state to another. The guys were so nice. They treated all of my items with extra care. They went above and beyond what they had to to make sure that my stuff was delivered and prepared for storage. I will use you next month. Thank you.

Me and my wife found these guys on craigs list.It was a nightmare.They were very rude!!! To top it off they were very un professional tats \ druggie type looking movers.We were not happy with our move at all.The manager has yet to return our call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From start to finish (initial phone contact, estimate appointment and written follow up/delivery of estimate, actual move, including our household goods in storage at Ideal, as well as clearing our previous residence), We rate our experience with ABC moving as very positive. All the employees involved with our move. Alex for the estimate, and Steve , Fred and Otash for moving were professional, courteous & friendly. All knew their jobs and performed them most capably. The estimate was competitive and fair and our final cost was not over the quoted amount. We will not hesitate to recommend ABC to anyone who asks. Many thanks to everyone involved. I am very much upset until this moment about the unprofessionalism of the ABC Moving Center. i booked a week ago and confirmed the day before the move. I was assured that everything is all set up and I am scheduled for 9:00AM move today. As of this moment, after more than seven hours, no one is showing up and no one answers the phone in their offices to tell me if they are still coming. Everybody knows that moving is very stressful and yet, ABC Moving Center made it worst. No one even bother to call me back what is going on and my family are all waiting for this supposedly an exciting event for us moving to our first home. ABC Moving Center stole one of my family's very important event. Don't ever ever deal with them.

The guys showed up 45 minutes late with a truck that was too small. I had promised truck will be large enough for one trip, but it wasn't. Took them two hours just to empty the first room. They moved as if in slow motion and spent ridiculously long wrapping each piece just to waste time. Most of the time one guy working and two of them just staring. I asked nicely if they could speed things up and they gave me attitude in return. They dragged furniture instead of lifting across my hardwood floors creating serious damage. Several pieces of furniture got severely damaged in the move. I complaining to the manager, but he said I was lying. DON'T EVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!! LOOK AT THE DATES ON OTHER REVIEWS... ALL TOGETHER... I'D BET ANYTHING THEY ARE FAKE !!!!

Crew was prompt, courteous, responsive and very efficient. We really appreciated the extra care and attention to make sure neither our personal belongings nor the houses were damaged in the move. We will be moving again in the spring and will definitely use Ideal Movers again.

Alex and Steve did an excellent job with my move. They arrived on time, were thoughtful and considerate about the job. They began working immediately, worked efficiently and continuously until the job was done. They moved my belongings like professionals. They were polite and easy going, if they were stressed they certainly didn't show it. They made the whole thing look very easy. As you know moving is stressful and I felt at ease watching them work. i was recommended by my sister! First of all i would say that they were really organized, they arrived on time and basically started to work very quickly! They never gave me a hard times. I was pretty in shock how 2 strong guys helped me up with my 3 bedroom apartment! they did everything really quickly and without bothering me. Was pleasantly surprised at how courteous your employees were, and that all of our furniture and file cabinets were moved and relocated here in L.A without incurring any damage. When you consider the fact that we had furnishings for six offices, plus a conference room and about a dozen file cabinets, and yet there were no damages.

I wanted to take the time to thank you for the excellent and painless move. You were very accommodating when it got too late last Thursday night.We rescheduled first thing Friday morning and the guys were there and on time. Today they were on schedule and by the time I showed they had everything out of truck, ready to bring into apt. Check off list was excellent, all items accounted for. Jose was courteous and professional and the other guy too!!! It was a pleasure doing business with a company that gave me a price and stayed with that price.
